Excellent breakfast and nice spacious room with fantastic view. Good quality of the facilities and really good exercise room. Friendly and polite staff smiling all the time. Restaurant tasty food and a lot to choose from, both Thai and European food.

The swimming pool is great. But poor cleaning of the pool was not so funny. A Lot of debris was floating around and eventually sinking to the floor. Some days way to much chlorine in the pool as well. Not good maintained by the managers and or staff, I think.

Great, quiet place. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice beach.

Quite far from the city, close to borders. But just 1.15 hrs drive from Laem Sok Pier to Koh Kood, so okay.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Especially, Khun Lek (the hotel manager) did a great job to help us. So we can go back home safely. The room is confortable amd clean, we definitely come back again. Thank you very much

Not a good place for eldery, there are several stairways especially during rainny season, it is very slippery. You may drive through the flooded road, just near the hotel. My car cannot pass through it!!

Beach front was nice. No beach on a high tide, big beach at low tide. It was extremely quiet - not much around and off the main road.

The air conditioning is undersized for the room, or needs servicing. It took a couple of hours to cool the room down. The beachfront room was not a good value.

The rooms were relatively spacious, new, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive and checking in and out was quick and easy.

Although functional the whole place lacked character. It was new and clean but felt more like a new apartment building than a beach getaway. The beach wasn’t very nice at all, with litter everywhere and nothing like the pics tbh so ultimately disappointing.
