The Hill Villa was really beautiful and spacious . The pool is large and with amazing view combination of forest and sea horizon view. There were nice complementary stuff such us the welcoming dried mango, cashew nuts, cola, schweps, coffee drip, etc. there is also a free shuttle service to multiple attractions like big buddha, old town and beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they took us on a tour to see the different types of rooms. Additionally, we forgot an item and the room upon checkout and they helped to deliver it to us once we left the resort. Mosquitoes are managed very well, we didnt suffer from any issues despite staying in a foresty area.

I like the villa especially the size of the private pool ( i was staying in Basil villa.

Unfortunately the pool was not fully private. Since the pool side located near the internal road of the property, so if anyone on the road, they can see you clearly on the pool side. Which is not acceptable to me. I recommend that the trees near the road side to be increased to have a full privacy at the pool side.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Noku Phuket and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience. From the onset, we were welcomed by an incredibly hospitable staff who were not only well-informed about the local area but also consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our villa was immaculate and provided a tranquil retreat, allowing us to truly unwind and soak in the beauty of Phuket. Dining at the resort was another highlight; every dish was a gastronomic delight and finding Halal options was a wonderful surprise, adding a touch of inclusivity to our stay.

Love the place really peaceful and relaxing. The location is a little bit far from the main areas of Phuket but if you are looking for a peaceful stay I will recommend it. The staff are really nice too.

Far from everything, yet, they have shuttle services to 4 different locations ( Which is perfect !)

I loved everything about the location including how secluded it was but they offered the free transportation around the property and off the property which definetley set it apart from other hotels. The rides are included. The service was a phone call away for everything. I stayed in the tree villa, it was wonderful and big!

While I enjoy the secluded atmosphere and the TUK TUK on property rides, it was a little weird not to be able to walk...anywhere really.. There were no areas to walk to outiside, everything was a ride away. hence why the rides are free. there was a smell at the entrance by the gym and the big villa. We did a tour for a potential retreat, however the smell was a bit overbearing. It could of just been when we were there. If not I would look into it.

Dinner food options Had to speak to reception 3 times to get the maintenance to turn jacuzzi power on.

When we arrived, the room we were given was completely different from what we saw in the photos on Booking.com, which was disappointing. The hotel kindly offered us another room, but it still didn’t match what we had expected. They then offered a third option, but we were hesitant to check it. After contacting Booking.com, their team reached out to the hotel on our behalf and encouraged us to give it one more try — and we’re so glad we did! The room was exactly like the photos, and we absolutely loved it. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel happy and comfortable. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. It made our stay a memorable one!
