Breakfast was delicious. I loved the variety. The cooked food was warm and plentiful. Staff worked to keeo the area clean and well stocked.

This location was our first choice. We drove extra miles and paid a little more because of a previous stay. We had another wonderful experience this weekend. We meet in Rockledge annually, your lo ation will be our hotel of choice moving forward!

It was clean and had a variety of breakfast items.

I reserved a king room and ended up with a queen room and was told if I wanted to upgrade to a king suite I could for a fee. Given the fact it was a hotel issue for the room I reserved I should have been given the upgrade free of charge. I needed fresh towels and garbage taken care of and a rude man practically through my towels and garbage bags at me to change my own garbage.

Wow what a beautiful property & location is top tier, walking distance to shopping/food/entertainment. Family friendly, bar available downstairs, beautiful rooms, everything we loved.

My key cards stopped working multiple times during my stay.

A great location and the lobby was welcoming upon entering.

I felt as if I was being watched the entire time in my room.

Clean, oversized room with a great big bathroom. Plenty of room to relax as well as setup your clothing for your event.

Parking was very crowded and awkward. Elevator buttons in unexpected location.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Check in was easy.

Breakfast staff wasn’t friendly. Better drink options for breakfast. Trash was not emptied when full in dining room.

Not really should matter, but I just see scratches all along in the 4th floor corridor walls, obviously damaged by guests trollies.

Battery on door lock died; could not get adjoining rooms in fact assigned at opposite ends of the hall; tub drained slow but I notified staff at check out and they immediately noted it for repair.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was decorated for Easter which was such a cute homey touch. The staff was really nice from check in to the cleaning staff in the halls. The breakfast choices were really good.

There was a strange poorly patched hole in the wall bybthe bathtub. Doesn't make a difference to the comfort, it just doesn't match the rest.
