The stuff was very kind and very helpful. The lady in reception gifted us delicious sweets and fresh water. The room was big and clean, very comfortable bad with a very comfortable pillows. The breakfast was tasty and variable, with freshly made bakery, variety of fruits, snd warm dishes. The restaurant itself is very beautiful with spaces inside and outside.

A stylish hotel near the town centre with clean and comfortable rooms. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening, and enjoyed our meals. Good breakfast.

Smoking is allowed in the central courtyard (covered with a canopy when we were there) where we had dinner and breakfast. You need to eat indoors if you want to avoid others' smoke.

Bathroom was not so clean for a hotel with 4 stars... Definitely they can do it more about the most important place i think in a hotel.

Great location in the city center next to the castle Frankopan. Very nice interior, very helpful hotel staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel has private parking. It may be tricky to find so check on google street view before.

Hotel offers rent a bicycle service. For a 4 star hotel bike selection was quite poor. Lot of them were not completely funkcional and there is only 1 adult size bike. Breakfast selection is meagre and not expected as such in a 4 star hotel.

It was comfortable and everything was close. Staff are lovely. The property is older so it w as expected that it would have older facilities but it was very comfortable for a family of 6. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was great and off the Main Street, through a small alley. Easy to find.

Spacious room.

You can't book a cheaper room without breakfast included. The bikes that are available for rent are kept in poor condition, rather dusty, and there appears to have been only three of them, so selection is EXTREMELY limited, which is rather lame for the number of bike paths in that area. I'd expect more from a 4-star hotel.

Great hotel with super friendly and accommodating staff. Room was nice, bigger and taller(ceiling) than most hotel rooms. Restaurant was great (we had both dinner and breakfast). Hotel has a private parking and it's very close to A1 highway (can't hear the highway at night).

Great location, just few minutes away from A1 autoput. One of the friendliest staff I've ever came across, warm and accommodating. Great restaurant with delicious fresh food.

Nice and comfortable hotel in centre of Ogulin. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also spacious and equipped with all amenities. Parking is near the hotel, just few steps from the hotel.

Ogulin is a lovely town at the heart of a rural economy. The notable cave system was entered by a dramatic chasm very close to the hotel. Great location.
