Last minute choice since we missed our Ferry to the island Rab. Exceptionally helpful and kind receptionist. Elevator to the second-floor king-sized suite, which felt like the honey-moon suite. Super-clean with one huge round bed with an ergo mattress and a regular-sized twin bed!! Windowshades, AC, TV, strong WiFi, and complimentary toiletry like shampoo, etc. from Rituals!! Free parking directly in front of the hotel even though it was the center of Karlovac. Kids park and multiple stores like DM, bank, bakery, shoe- and even hearing aid store in 5-min walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was equally yummy and scrumptious!! 😋 I am absolutely delighted, and I will stay again any time!!

The rooms are very big and comfy. Great air condition Breakfast is very nice - you have everything that you need Location is wonderful for short town visit but also for traveling to Plitvice

The bathroom is big - just missing a few items . Additional places to hang the towels and a place to hang the water hose

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable. The bar area has a lovely ambience.

Having to go out into the cold from the lift to access the room ..but in a way it just makes the hotel interesting and quirky! The lack of blinds on the window skylights made the room quite bright at night.

Amazing boutique hotel that we found by chance! Great comfortable bed, my favourite Rituals shampoo and body wash! Breakfast better than in any 5 star hotels! I would say 10 star, with various options of hot food, healthy options with fruits, yogurt and cereal! Definitely will stay here again!

It is clean, bed was very comfortable.

There are only 4-5 parking spots for the hotel. If you are unlucky to be on one of them everything around is paid by hour. Second thing is they tried to give me a room which was facing a big terrace and the window was without curtain. The lady on the reception was amazed that it was a problem for me ...

easy access from motorway, perfect one night stop-over. reception staff very helpful with car parking & allowing us to start breakfast half hour early as we were leaving. room cool, ac works fine. shower clean, towels & sheets good.

Brilliant location. Beautiful communal areas. Superb reception staff. Delicious breakfast.

Didn't seem to be able to close blinds. Electric shower had to be hand held, probably due to sma amount of water heated. Housekeeping coming into the room in the morning without even knocking.

Central location, comfy room, decent breakfast and they staff were friendly and went the extra mile. The receptionist managed to get me an extra night in the room even though they were very busy. Great WiFi

Location, restaurant, bar and breakfast were great and was an excellent choice for 2 nights. Appreciate the elevator and great AC.

Rooms were plain.

Hotel is exceptional, super clean and on great location. Staff was great, they explained and answered every question we had. We will stay again for sure.
