The Room was clean and the beds were already made for us to sleep in ( 1 big double bed and 1 sofa bed). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to step in if needed. We travelled with our 2 children (5 and 8 years old), the sofa bed was very comfortable for the kids to sleep on! The bathroom was also very clean. The double bed was comfortable and we woke up energised and ready to carry on with our trip. The breakfast was delicious and could satisfy every one of us! The parking was pretty full at our arrival late at night but we could find a good and safe solution with the help of the staff. Thank you also for that! This hotel is simply fantastic - everything was perfect from start to finish. The mattresses and beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! Everything was spotless clean and the modern design made the room feel fresh and cozy. It’s located in a quiet area, and the atmosphere is peaceful - no city noise at all. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist and explain anything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding: a wide selection and everything was delicious. Truly above expectations! There’s a supermarket nearby and a tram stop within walking distance, making it very easy to reach the city center. You can buy tickets either at a nearby kiosk or directly on the tram. Zagreb itself is a magical and heartwarming city, full of charm and places to explore. The hotel is also very easy to find: close to the main road and the highway, which makes it convenient for those continuing their journey by car. There’s a lovely covered parking area, which was a great bonus. The hotel provides bathrobes, towels, and a very practical safe - big enough to even fit a laptop for those who need it.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer separate products for shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. Right now it’s an all-in-one, which isn’t very convenient, especially for women with long hair. All in all, a truly wonderful experience - highly recommended!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance from the concierge and the friendly, efficient housekeeping, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. They anticipated my needs and handled every request with a genuine smile and remarkable efficiency. I cannot recommend Hotel Jarun highly enough. If you're looking for a hotel where cleanliness is paramount and the service is truly extraordinary, this is the place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Small parking

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this Room was very peaceful. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. And the breakfast spread was awesome 😋

If only the room aircon temperature could be a little cooler in summer time 😎

We stayed at Hotel Jarun for one night in each direction during our road trip, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood, and the free parking was a big plus. It truly offers excellent value for money, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exactly what was mentioned by others. A very clean, sweet and friendly hotel. I like the room to be well lit. Breakfast area is very well arranged. Ample parking space for anyone who drives is a big plus. Location is not great unless you drive. Walking distance to a supermarket and some restaurants and bars. If you drive and want somewhere quiet. This is the ideal hotel.

Quite far away from city centre but since I drove and wasn't planning to go to the city centre, it wasn't an issue to me.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet – I had a great night’s sleep. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center by public transport. I enjoyed everything about my stay in Hotel Jarun, especially the staff service and the generous breakfast. The room size was more than adequate, the air conditioning was a godsend, especially as the Croatian Meteorology service had declared a red level heatwave warning during my stay, and the shade provided by the tree at my third floor window was an unexpected bonus.

All staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful with information. After I had been working for a while in the lobby, one worker even offered to prepare me a coffee. The breakfast was extensive, varied and tasty. Ample parking is located directly on the hotel site. Key tram lines are within a short walk from the hotel.

A free gym was advertised (in basement) but was unavailable during my stay because of renovations.
