Location is nice, no issues with parking, solid breakfast, clean

On the southern side there is road which becomes quite noisy early in the morning. Windows aren’t isolating quite well but they said it is in process of replacing it. besides all good

The staff were delightful. Extremely kind and very oriented toward making the guest's stay as wonderful as possible in every possible way. That was the most impressive part. Room was absolutely spotless. I would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is not in the best shape, meaning that some details appear to be well outdated and should have been replaced a long time ago, like door locks etc. Not that staff or anyone in the hotel can do anything about that. But overall, everything was so clean that it partly helped alleviate that.

I liked sitting in the parks, walking around , visiting the shops in the Arena Zagreb, reading books, watching the different TV Channels and in the morning the breakfast together with others....

The water in the bathroom has not been warm during the day!

A large hotel south of Jarun - a park with a lake. The receptionist was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions and requests. The single room was clean and spacious with a balcony and a large comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Bathtub in the bathroom. A large open private parking space. Vintage, not old!

Poor sound isolation of the windows - nearby traffic can be heard early in the morning. No hairdryer in the room.

The breakfast included fruits, eggs, sausage, bread, müsli ,juices, tea, coffee etc...It was more than enough!

The interior furnitures could have been better quality...for example leather ....

The staff were very nice and helpful, it was a good location, easy to find, the free parking was an amazing feature as we just had to buy a room and the room came with breakfast and parking. The breakfast was very delicious!

The Room was so big, very clean and good value for money including an entire living room a fridge, TV, and balcony! (See pics) The receptionist - Ana was absolutely wonderful in the way that she looked after us. Ana showed us everything we could experience in the locality, best routes to take and even called us taxis so that we didn’t have to pay the higher rates at the bus station. Ana is really caring about guests and I appreciate her for her time and expert helpfulnesses in assisting my partner and I during our stay! Ana, Peter and Mehmet - the receptionist team that I met all provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make you feel very welcome and at home! ‘A home away from home’! All the cleaners were so helpful, kind, efficient to ensure everywhere was always clean! Some are learning English and always prepared to to provide anything you may need to make sure you are comfortable! The food is really good and the Chef makes wonderful meals! This is a great Hotel and the people who work here make this possible 😊 Thank you so much for all of your help! Location… location… & the location! & really nice staff!

Carpets in the rooms were showing their age with multiple stains… I’m sure fairly clean but not a good look and effects the perception of the hotel

Yes, it looked a bit rusty from the outside, but otherwise it was a nice surprise. The staff is really friendly. I got late check out without additional fee. Rooms are basic but impeccable. Breakfast was unexpectedly rich. Location also very convenient, just 5 mins drive off the highway.
