Pullman Hotel Zagreb is easy to reach and offers ample parking space. The hotel is new and looks very neat both inside and out. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The beds were especially comfortable, and the shower was excellent.

Where Pullman truly needs to improve is in customer service. The front desk staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming. When we approached the reception to check out and greeted the staff member with a “Good morning,” she continued working on her computer without acknowledging us. After making us wait, she finally spoke — with a curt “Checkout, right?” No smile, no greeting in return. Only at the very end, and without much sincerity, did we hear a forced “How was your stay?”

Great newly opened hotel with welcoming staff, excellent service. Stayed one night with my dog. Room was spacious and nice designed, bed was comfortable and to find bathrobe and slippers in the drawers made me really happy. As mentioned above only stayed one night on my way through Zagreb, would loved to stay longer… Thank you!

Parking signs are a bit difficult to figure out especially if you arrive in the middle of the night like me. It didn’t help that Google Maps managed to bring me to the hotel through the back road.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Zagreb! Everything felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff, probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Every single person went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Location suited our purposes for pick up for our cruise. However if I was staying in Zagreb for longer than 1 night it is too far from city centre old town. We did not gave breakfast in the hotel.

Housekeeping could have been better. Bath gel in the shower was empty as was the hand wash at the bathroom sink. Room was a great size & very quiet. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant & our waiter Philip was excellent.

We got an upgrade to a suite, which was fabulous 👌 . Nice restaurant and bar area. It's only been open a few months, so should be excellent down the track.

For a top hotel I feel there was insufficient staff in the restaurant. Our taxi from the train station had trouble finding the drop-off point. Needs more signage and direction.

The hotel in new and looks amazing. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in city center. It's easily accessible by car, has enough parking. It's in new building complex that just looks amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated, well equipped and breakfast buffet is really nice. Staff was friendly.

I liked everything

New. Clean. Rooms Sound proof . Close to highway and airport.

No easy access for car drop off /pickup. At night was pretty poorly lit and took a bit to find car entrance which is through underground parking/garage. Taxi /uber pickup will be at curbside nearby since there isn’t traditional hotel entrance bay.

Beautiful hotel,new,modern..Front desk staff was great,very helpful and nice.They are amazing..Room big,new,all stylish.Breakfast and food in restaurant great,loved everythingWe enjoyed our stay,coming back in Spring.Area is new,also all modern,it takes couple minutes with Uber to get to city center.Great new hotel!!

Its a new hotel built recently. Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable . The amenities were good. The breakfast was also very good.

The only thing which was not good was that there were no doors for the shower. So if someone is taking a shower, you can easily see them from the mirror.

Excellent new hotel. Very friendly staff, big garage. Very good breakfast and restaurant on spot. Airport proximity.

Location is next to the highway, city centre is not reachable by any public transport and waiting time for taxi is very long.
