The hotel is at a really high level. The superior room is of adequate size for two persons and it was spotless and clean. The food in the restaurant is good (we had breakfast and dinner and liked both a lot).

The location is close to the city center but if you don't want to walk, the tram 13 is not that frequent. There was a power outage for whole day during our stay but we weren't informed about it in advance. We got complimentary breakfast for one day as a compensation. The only real minus for the hotel is that they charge parking 15 Euros/day. This is clearly communicated during the booking process and wasn't a surprise. However, considering that the garage is owned by the hotel, the price is rather high and this was shared feeling of many guests in the hotel.

Probably the best experience ever ! Perfect location, lovely, clean hotel, with all necessary facilities. Extremely friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Don't try to find better place to accomodate in Zagreb ! You will not succeed ! Many thanks, see You again. BOK !

Regarding the hotel and facilities, everything was good.

The guy on the reception desk was absolutely not friendly person. There was 3 persons in total, two of them was ok, but one guy was absolutely arrogant with not any reason and he was not professional at all. To be honest I didn’t tell him nothing only because I was with my childrens. Unfortunately I don’t know his name… but I can suggest to the management team to check who makes checkin us that evening and you will see who it was. I can only recommended that this person can’t work on this position, or at any other position where he will communicate with the guests…

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at your hotel in Zagreb. The convenient, well-sized parking facility with direct elevator access to the hotel was a significant advantage. The breakfast offered an excellent and varied selection, and we were particularly impressed with the quality of the Clever Fitness center, especially its modern equipment like the treadmill. Overall, the hotel provided exceptional value for money.

One area for potential enhancement is the lemonade. The version we were served was simply warm water with lemon, lacking the ice, mint, or presentation one might expect. While we noticed this is a common preparation in Croatia, offering a more premium, refreshing version would be a welcome improvement and set your hotel apart.

Great location well connected to the town. Quiet and clean place. Everyone working in the hotel is extremely helpful,from the reception to the restaurant and bar staff and house keepers. Despite my huge food allergies kitchen staff was careful and mindful and every meal was prepared with caution. Equally delicious as all the others. I am extremely grateful for that. My room was specious,clean above expectations. I couldn't hear any other guests despite hotel being full and conference going on. Some names are worth mentioning (sorry if I misspelled them) Kreso from reception it's definitely a great asset. Helpful understanding and patient. Ante from the bar made my stay 100% better. Fun , talkative,and no matter how unrelated my questions were he would always try and find an answer. Dubravka such an amazing woman. I am beyond words for her. Marko made me feel safe .. On the first day he was approached with my allergie list and made sure everything was in order for me. Went above and beyond in communication with the kitchen. (Thank you) I feel like I walked in as a guest ready to explore Zagreb, but instead I was blessed with meeting all of these amazing people. I will be back for sure, And not only me but whoever from my family or friends comes to visit will be staying here from now on. I am already excited for my next visit. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at the hotel in Zagreb was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a superior one — a much more spacious and airy room that made a big difference in terms of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a relaxing and restful experience overall. The hotel itself has a modern, elegant design and a very calm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Although the hotel is located about a 20–30 minute walk from the city center, we actually enjoyed the walk — it allowed us to discover local neighborhoods and experience a more authentic side of Zagreb. In short, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

It was a late night booking (arrived after midnight because of treffic) and the room we booked was already gone (due to some glitch between booking and hotel) but they upgraded us to 2 seperate but better rooms. Rooms we were given were great, comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Parking available (for extra charge). Staff was very friendly and helpfull to get everything done in fastest possible time. Rooms were mostly quiet.

There was some noise that was present most of the night and in the , to me it sounded like the shower hose banging on the bathtub from neighbouring rooms (up and down and sides).

we booked two rooms with triple beds. Unfortunately the hotel couldn't give us the rooms we booked because it was already taken, they have made a mistake in the booking. Instead, we got three rooms with two beds in each room. For us, this was a big problem because with kids, this was not a good solution. The hotel apologised and offered us a free breakfast + free parking as a recompense. The stuff was extremely friendly, lovely and nice so we accepted. The rooms were very clean and the beds sooo comfortable 👌

They made a mistake in our booking so I couldn't get my sleep but we got an arrangement. Everything OK. The cleaning lady came to clean our room without us having checked out. This was also a shock.
