Simply, impossible to find anything to complain in this nice hotel !

Regarding the hotel and facilities, everything was good.

The guy on the reception desk was absolutely not friendly person. There was 3 persons in total, two of them was ok, but one guy was absolutely arrogant with not any reason and he was not professional at all. To be honest I didn’t tell him nothing only because I was with my childrens. Unfortunately I don’t know his name… but I can suggest to the management team to check who makes checkin us that evening and you will see who it was. I can only recommended that this person can’t work on this position, or at any other position where he will communicate with the guests…

Clean and big superior room. Modern hotel.

We weren't in a rush in Zagreb, and staying 2 km away from the downtown area allowed us to enjoy a quiet, less touristy neighborhood while still being able to reach major spots either on foot or by taking tram 13. The room was spacious, but we found it a bit dim even after turning on all the lights. The restaurant, open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM, became a reliable option for dinner during our stay. At 28 euros per person, it was slightly more expensive than expected, but the warm dishes and soups (similar to what you’d find at a Chinese eatery) were a hit with my friends. Getting to Zagreb Airport took about 20-30 minutes and cost around 22 euros via Uber, which is affordable for a group or business travelers. However, public transport might not be the most convenient option, as it doesn't operate frequently between the hotel and the airport and requires interchange.

we booked two rooms with triple beds. Unfortunately the hotel couldn't give us the rooms we booked because it was already taken, they have made a mistake in the booking. Instead, we got three rooms with two beds in each room. For us, this was a big problem because with kids, this was not a good solution. The hotel apologised and offered us a free breakfast + free parking as a recompense. The stuff was extremely friendly, lovely and nice so we accepted. The rooms were very clean and the beds sooo comfortable 👌

They made a mistake in our booking so I couldn't get my sleep but we got an arrangement. Everything OK. The cleaning lady came to clean our room without us having checked out. This was also a shock.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. We came for a concert at a venue around the corner, so the location was perfect for us. Easy for the Uber drive to find us to take us to the airport as well!

We were unable to get the air conditioner to go below 24 deg C, which is way to warm to sleep. However, we should have contacted the front desk, but did not. This may be something that is fixable. There is also an overwhelming perfume/cologne scent when you walk into the lobby that we found to be a bit obnoxious. This was only in the lobby however, and the rooms smelled clean and fresh.

Very friendly staff, nice new hotel, fantastic superior rooms, where the giant TV provided an extra experience. Due to its central location, it was within walking distance to everything, and the parking garage next to it was convenient.

Although meals were available at a much longer interval than in other hotels, both the breakfast and dinner offerings fell short of 4* expectations. The breakfast juice was also watered down. This would definitely be worth improving and then it would be a great, recommendable hotel!

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly attentive and proactive in assisting with all my needs. They effortlessly arranged taxis from and to the airport, making my travel seamless, and even provided a power adapter when I realized I had forgotten mine. Their local knowledge was invaluable as they gave me excellent food recommendations, ensuring I experienced the best of what the area had to offer. Every interaction felt personalized and genuine, making me feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. This level of service made my stay memorable and stress-free, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

breakfast was great and the rooms were modern & clean

The hot & cold water was a problem to keep consistent when showering , it was either too cold or too hot and had to keep regulating the hot & cold water. The other issue was poor sound insulation between rooms , we could hear the people in the other room next door when they got loud (thank god it was only short lived ). Unfortunately the hotel allows pets & we were disappointed to actually see a dog in the foyer for us it is a negative allowing pets in such a nice hotel.

This wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. I only stayed for one night, but the experience was just as great as before. The room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The only thing I would have preferred was a shower instead of a bathtub in the bathroom, but that’s just a minor preference. The staff was, as always, very nice and cordial, adding to the overall positive experience.
