Everything was great. Only the cleaning ladies made a lot of noise early in the morning. Using the vacuum cleaner and talking loudly in the corridor at 08:00 in morning is quite bothersome.

Hotel is located very central, especially if you are doing a lot of driving you are right by the motorway. Lots of free parking available. Room was a little dated and tired but cleaned everyday and has everything that you would need. I would suggest perhaps a bathrobe and slippers in the room so that when you go down to use the sauna and relaxation area you don’t have to get changed. There was also no water left in the machine in the gym. OK variety at breakfast but again quite basic. Overall I was satisfied with the value for money

Free transport from hotel to airport is only available 7-12 noon. Since my flight was at 6 am, I paid for a taxi both directions to and from the hotel. Staff will gladly set up a taxi for you. She even contacted another couple leaving for the airport at the same time if we could share one taxi and cost.

Maybe I didn't read carefully enough, yet I expected free rides both to and from the airport at any time. When I asked when reserving the room, I had asked for a 4 am ride. I did not find out about their limited ride service till I arrived. .

The hotel has a good location if you are with car - it coveres our needs - clean hotel with parking. It has very good breakfast and all you need in a hotel room. This is our second time in this hotel and it was the same high level as it was last year. You can go with your car in the city (there are parkings, so no problem). Also in the neighbourhood around the hotel there are very good restaurants. I do recomend this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options both cold and warm, good coffee and fresh food. We enjoyed the room, it had a decent size, bed and pillows were comfortable and overall we couldn't hear too much noise. Parking was ample and easy and staff was amazing

Not a lot to say really, if you're looking for something close to downtown/sights, this is not the place for you (or be prepared to drive). There are not that many restaurant options in the area either, but you can order food from the local app/website without much trouble. Overall, a bit pricey for what you get, but seems to be the norm in Croatia

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast free parking, safe, wi-fi free through Booking . com. We arrived just before midnight from the U.S. It was a long flight and we were very tired. The woman at the reception was efficient in checking us in and she was friendly. She informed us when our breakfast time was. The room was nice and clean. Though small, it was fine for one night. The staff at breakfast were nice and helpful. The breakfast was buffet and they offered a variety of food. The self serve coffee/cappuccino maker was great. We were happy to have a satisfying, hearty breakfast since we were on our way to Ljubljana. Highly recommend staying in this hotel close to Zagreb Airport.

We arrived on a fairly late flight from the UK, unfortunately only bar snacks at the hotel so we went on an adventure to find some food, Mc Donald's only a short drive away - which we found to be a lot better than the UK ! Our daughters loved the room with the attic beds, the ladder not for the faint hearted or after a few drinks - the kids had no issues what so ever climbing up into their beds. The room was quite and very comfortable and enabled us all to get a good nights sleep ready for our 4 hour drive in the morning - Breakfast was plentiful we all ate well, excellent choice of food ( hot and cold ). The hotel staff were all extremely nice and made us all feel welcome, hotel had plenty of free parking space ! We would definitely return for another stay at some point in the future.

We couldn't find any faults during our one nights stay.

Ja sam bio i ostajem njihov gost već 9 godina. Vlasnik i njegov sin su jako srdačni a isto tako sve osoblje zaposleni u hotelu. Posebno gospodin Krajina koji radi na recepciji. Jedan mali primjer: Jučer smo stigli u pola noći iz San Francisca i prespavali smo malo doručak (7-10) jer smo bili umorni.Zamolio sam osoblje i bez problema su nam omogućili da doručkujemo. Hvala velika još jednom.

Nemamo vremena za duži period da ostanemo u Zagrebu pa samim tim i u hotelu.
