Everything was great. Only the cleaning ladies made a lot of noise early in the morning. Using the vacuum cleaner and talking loudly in the corridor at 08:00 in morning is quite bothersome.

Hotel is located very central, especially if you are doing a lot of driving you are right by the motorway. Lots of free parking available. Room was a little dated and tired but cleaned everyday and has everything that you would need. I would suggest perhaps a bathrobe and slippers in the room so that when you go down to use the sauna and relaxation area you don’t have to get changed. There was also no water left in the machine in the gym. OK variety at breakfast but again quite basic. Overall I was satisfied with the value for money

Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options both cold and warm, good coffee and fresh food. We enjoyed the room, it had a decent size, bed and pillows were comfortable and overall we couldn't hear too much noise. Parking was ample and easy and staff was amazing

Not a lot to say really, if you're looking for something close to downtown/sights, this is not the place for you (or be prepared to drive). There are not that many restaurant options in the area either, but you can order food from the local app/website without much trouble. Overall, a bit pricey for what you get, but seems to be the norm in Croatia

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast free parking, safe, wi-fi free through Booking . com. We arrived just before midnight from the U.S. It was a long flight and we were very tired. The woman at the reception was efficient in checking us in and she was friendly. She informed us when our breakfast time was. The room was nice and clean. Though small, it was fine for one night. The staff at breakfast were nice and helpful. The breakfast was buffet and they offered a variety of food. The self serve coffee/cappuccino maker was great. We were happy to have a satisfying, hearty breakfast since we were on our way to Ljubljana. Highly recommend staying in this hotel close to Zagreb Airport.

We arrived on a fairly late flight from the UK, unfortunately only bar snacks at the hotel so we went on an adventure to find some food, Mc Donald's only a short drive away - which we found to be a lot better than the UK ! Our daughters loved the room with the attic beds, the ladder not for the faint hearted or after a few drinks - the kids had no issues what so ever climbing up into their beds. The room was quite and very comfortable and enabled us all to get a good nights sleep ready for our 4 hour drive in the morning - Breakfast was plentiful we all ate well, excellent choice of food ( hot and cold ). The hotel staff were all extremely nice and made us all feel welcome, hotel had plenty of free parking space ! We would definitely return for another stay at some point in the future.

We couldn't find any faults during our one nights stay.

Our room was nice, with a mini fridge, roomy cupboard, large tiled bathroom and very clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with amazing variety: Fresh fruit, grilled sausages and vegetables, bacon and eggs, palatschinke, cakes, yoghurts, excellent coffee machine, cereals, etc., as well as comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The location was perfect for us as we had a flight departing from the beautiful new Zagreb Airport which is less than 15 minutes away by car. We would very happily stay again and will recommend the Best Western Stella Hotel to family and friends.

The heavy comforter on the bed was much too warm for the time of year, but there was no alternative.

The best thing is check in. When ever you come, even midnight,also check out is 12 o'clock without stress. Normally in other hotels is 9 or 10 o'clock. And really nice breakfast with lot of choices, also all coffee and tee from 7 till ten are free (included in breakfast, but you can get coffee on terrace). Nice stuff. Everything perfect, so really you get even more for price what you pay, family room it's really big and comfortable. I think the best choice for people who come in Zagreb with air plane or car.

I booked it because of proximity to airport, and it was just for 1 night, as I was transiting Zagreb. It was perfect for the purpose and affordable. I booked single room so I had a single bed, furniture and look of the room is a bit outdated but it is clean and somehow cozy. Bathroom is properly sized and clean. Breakfast was very good and fresh, quite a lot of options, and coffee was really decent. Overall, I would definitely book again here.
