Night receptionist very professional and helpful! Location 👍 Breakfast 👍 Next time I will ask for bigger room!🫠

Room #7was very small ,in the bathroom you dont have space to put your things!Constat noise all night, couldn't get any rest after arriving at 1.30 in the morning!

Everything, breakfast was abundant very varied , could find non diary product like soy milk and similar. Staff friendly I left very early before breakfast was served but they were kind and prepared a coffee for me.

The hotel radiates quality all over the place. Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, room was clean, light, comfy, with fridge (and with content), clean and modern bathroom with all the high quality amenities available. Kettle with coffee/tea and a small sweet to enjoy at arrival. Although the hotel looks pretty modest, a second building provides more rooms. Upon early arrival I could already stay in the room so I didn't need to store my luggage, waiting for the formal earliest check-in time. This was very convenient because I had a full afternoon to spend in the city. Breakfast was plenty, with a wide variety of continental and 'English' breakfast, sweets, savory and good quality coffee, fresh fruit. At check-out it was also allowed to store my luggage so I could still dwell in the city while waiting to depart for the airport later that day. The hotel uses a professional private taxi service for the airport, which was nearly as cheap as going by bus (and avoiding to walk 800m to the bus station first). It was a rainy day, and I was offered to borrow an umbrella, which I gracefully declined wanting to buy a fold-umbrella myself. A very pleasant experience, very recommended.

Nothing actually. As for the pricing, I found it a bit overpriced, where Sheraton and Hilton are located nearby, and offer rooms for 2/3 of that price. But from the booking period I could see that some days are more expensive than others, and perhaps this was such a more expensive day.

The hotel is located close to the city center, only a couple of stops away with public transportation. It's situated in a very nice and calm neighborhood with lots of trees and close to a public park. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything I needed and more. The bathroom was equipped with a wonderful rain shower, and generous amounts of shampoo and body wash are provided. The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially the receptionist Leon. I originally booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a double with a queen bed (which was extra comfy) at their own initiative. Couldn't wish for a nicer staff! Definitely will come back.

If anything, I would like to have the AC controls in the room itself, rather than having to call up the reception desk. However, they are available 24/7 and will regulate it for you.

Incredible helpful staff, they helped us in every inquiry and their suggestions for dinner was perfect, too! Our room was super clean and spacious and location was great. We cannot thank you enough, because our flight back home was delayed and we weren't charged extra for spending one more night there (we had already payed a fee for late check out, but it was around 50€, half of the price of the room). They showed us they really cared for us! P.S. We personally had rent a car at Zagreb airport, but in this hotel there was "rent a car" service, cheaper by 25-30€/day.

Breakfast was not what we expected, especially if we consider the price of the room however the overall treatment was great, so it did not affect our stay.

I stayed one night for vacation. Everything was perfect. You can arrive 30-35 min to city center by walk, also can take public transport to make it short. Staff was very gentle and helpful. I booked economic single room, but instead of this room they gave to me double room. I wanted to wear slippers at the room, they also provided me with it. Breakfast was also appetizing and delicious. At room you can find fridge and kettle. If I come to Zagreb again, definetely i'll stay at this hotel. Extra point: using shampoo, shower gel and washing gel for hand is L'occitane.

Livris Hotel is conveniently located near two tram stops a short ride from the city centre, which makes travel to and from quite easy. Both receptionists I encountered were friendly and helpful with information about the hotel as well as with plans I had within Zagreb, which set the tone for the stay. My room was small but cosy, and had everything you'd need, as well as additional amenities such as a bath robe and slippers; the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. All in all, exceptional value for money, just wish I was able to try the breakfast before my onward journey the following morning!

Had some trouble with the air-conditioning unit, and whilst I'd have been comfortable asking at reception, I decided it wasn't a big enough deal for me as I was only staying for the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax after a long day. The entire property is well-maintained, and everything felt clean and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind and professional—always ready to help with a smile and made me feel truly cared for. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great hospitality

Very spacious, clean and modern-looking overall, great mattress and pillows (both hard and soft ones), good breakfast, great bathroom and shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the early room cleaning option: my room was properly cleaned during my quick breakfast. Staff is friendly and speaks great English, no misunderstandings, no everything was clear.

There were some minor stains on the walls, but nothing egregious. Some information could have been provided more clearly (e.g. laundry service times), and there were no English-language TV channels.

Conveniently located with a less driving distance from the airport. We stayed only one night and the stay was wonderful from the moment that we checked in until we checkout everything went so smooth. The staffs were so professional and kind. The break fast was wonderful and the staff at the breakfast were very organized and well to the detail of the dishes. Very good choices for the break fast. There is one local restaurant nearby and they serve the local dishes. Also next door there is a bakery and they sell many breakfast items for those who prefer to have a breakfast separately.

All went good. The parking space outside seems a bit narrow but that’s quite common.
