We visited Zagreb for the Christmas markets - the sheraton hotel was the perfect hotel for this matter. the hotel was very central and walking distance from great restaurants, stores and other spots. While our stay, we also made use of the great gym, sauna and pool - which definitely met our expectations. We also booked the breakfast for all three days, which was a nice buffet with food that anyone likes! The staff there was very friendly and offered coffee and co right when we sat down. Overall a really great hotel and would definitely come back!

there are small things that bothered us. for example in the morning, the on the second floor maids were very loud. I’ve been to many hotels before but here it was a little different. they were very loud starting at 8am, with music, VERY loud conversations and discussions. several things fell on the floor multiple times or banged their trolleys on the walls, which you can hear all over the floor. We came to Zagreb for a relaxed holiday, but were not able to sleep in on a single day due to the maids - which was very unfortunate.

The person for the luggage was super friendly and nice, and very helpful as he kindly offered to park our car, which was very nice. The breakfast was very nice, lots on offer and not crowded although the hotel appeared full. Having parking for our car was very convenient and appreciated. Finally, the location is very close to the main square and all of the destinations Zagreb has to offer!

At check in the person did not tell us anything about the hotel and facilities, so we did not know what is there in the hotel to use and included as part of the room rate, which was underwhelming as we heard another receptionist at another counter explaining the same to another guest...perhaps we would have used the facilities only if we knew what is available!

The location is perfect and so near to the city centre. There is a nearby studenac and dominos which is also very convenient when you have one of those lazy days. The room is so comfortable and bigger than most hotels for the same price. And we loved that the cleaning staff still cleaned even tho we left sometimes at 12 or 1 pm. I loved the 24 hours gym honestly. We didnt have any breakfast.

Breakfast was expensive for 23 euro a day. I didnt really know where to get informed online about the spa and massage services and ended up forgetting about it.

The hotel is beautifully done up - welcoming lobby, comfortable rooms, great spa and pool area. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed over Christmas and loved having the comfort of the hotel restaurant and room service when most surrounding shops and eateries were closed for the holidays. The daily buffet breakfast and Christmas buffet lunch were delicious.

It's a pity that there is only one restaurant and it is quite limited in choice of food, if one chooses to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. In my opinion, it's also a little overpriced for the quality offered. That said, the staff went out of their way to serve us well when we dined there. There are also good options for eating out close by.

This 5 star hotel is an old lady that needs renovation.Rooms spacious, staff polite,food not so great.Good location, all in all price was correct for all said.

Hotel garage ( under hotel, -2 floor), is public, meaning everyone can park there for 2 Eur per hour.We, as hotel guests who spend money not only on sleep but also for restaurant, drinks, cakes etc.were told just before our trip that even though we wish to pay garage ( 20 Eur per 24 hours fot hotel guests) they can not guarantee us the place.They, as wannabe 5 star hotel, should book part of garage for hotel guests, but no, they want to make money from every centimeter of it in every moment.Very sad for Sheraton 5 star hotel. That is why I will not stay there next time if they can not guarantee parking.

Good hotel with best location to go to the bus and train station, or to old town and city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet staying, big lobby, and lovely staff from hotel door staff, reception, concierge, SPA, to the house keeping. Nice little swimming pool and clean relaxing health club facilities like finnish sauna, normal sauna, and steam room.

Honestly, nothing. Just the coffee at downstairs café in the lobby was served not cold even you asked for hot black coffee.

I stayed at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel for a one-night stay on 25th December, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff' were warm, accommodating, professional and made me.feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were top quality, from the toiletries to the tea/coffee as well as complimentary bottles of water and some home-baked cookies (yummy). The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Zagreb, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. Despite its central location, the ambiance was quiet and peaceful. I unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to use their restaurant, however they packed a take away breakfast for me the next morning before my flight, which was delicious. I really appreciated they gesture. Although my stay was brief, the Sheraton Zagreb left a lasting impression. It's clear that the staff and management prioritize guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

The hotel is excellently located; we loved that we could explore a lot on foot. The lobby bar is nice and comfortable, with excellent espresso. Beautiful Christmas decorations. A thoughtful gesture from the manager in the room. The bed sheets, that was what I liked the most.

“The hallways and some areas feel a bit outdated. The garage has parking spaces that are too narrow, and we couldn’t find a spot for disabled parking. One receptionist per shift seems insufficient for a hotel of this size. Generally, 5-star hotels shouldn’t allow queues, whether at reception, long waits for orders at the bar, breakfast, or similar services.”

The breakfast was exceptional, a buffett with a very wide choice of quality items plus a small a la carte breakfast menu. The staff at breakfast were also exceptionally attentive and friendly. We ate once at the evening restaurant, it was very good. The concierge service was very good with great advice and recommendations as well as making bookings for us.

Much of the hotel facilities have been upgraded in recent years. Some aspects, for example the corridors, seemed old and tired.

The hotel is close to the main train station - just one stop on a tram (Sheraton stop). The room was spacious, the beds were huge and soft. There was everything you need in a room (iron, free water every day, bathrobes, lots of towels, good AC). The pool is great. They told us we can even use it after checking out if we still have to wait for our flight/train.

Be careful with a glass shower door. There’s a bathtub and a small shower door which doesn’t cover much and the water could go anywhere, and also it seemed like it was quite fragile. There’s not much around. The city center is close (like 10 minutes on foot), but there are not many places to have a simple breakfast or coffee in the morning.
