Location, room was clean

We arrived very late, I would expect fast check in and breakfast information but none was provided. We have not been offered to pay for regular breakfast, and we had to use different menu (more brunch style). I did not understand why we can not upgrade and have regular breakfast, so for the rest of a stay we had breakfast outside of hotel. Room was fine, however bathroom is very small. Hotel overall had a strange smell in the corridors.

Love that it’s new and the design is well thought of. If you’re a Karen, just choose another hotel. You have to understand it’s a small boutique hotel, don’t expect 5-star service for this price. Having said that, the staff will give their 100% to help. If you’re a reasonable human being, then you’ll love it here. Close enough to the center without having to deal with the crowd’s noise. Awesome interior, good service, and good food and drinks -don’t forget to try the burger! Thanks to the receptionists Michaela and Dominic, and the restaurant staff. I had a pleasant stay.

I didn’t like that I only stayed for 2 nights.

Location: Was amazing, 5m walk to the cathedral and most tourist attractions. We booked it exclusively for the location with low expectations for everything else but were pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness: Rooms, towels and linen were all very clean and replaced every morning. The cleaning staff were discreet and very hard working with attention to detail. Staff: Lobby staff was another pleasant surprise, everyone was fluent in English, professional and service was always with a smile (a VERY rare quality to find in Croatia unfortunately). Central heating was also great.

It can get a little bit noisy from the trams constantly passing but that, honestly, is not much of a deal.

1) I had problem to find the hotel - information on the door is not visible enough 2) I was offered a taxi from the airport to the hotel free of charge. I came to Zagreb by bus. The taxi company refused to take me from the Bus Station.

I liked the staff and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good. I loved the lady who worked in the breakast kitchen, she was always smiling and very polite.

I booked a big bed, but got two small beds. The staff told me it is not possible to book a specific kind of bed thorugh boooking.com. When I had the "I am resting"-sign on the door, the staff knocked at my door to count the number of curtains in the windows. I am sure they could have choosen a better time for it. The bathroom was extremley small, but it served its purpose.

Very good stay, except as noted. Room was clean, space was adequate. It was quiet, even though my room was facing the street, so I had a very good sleep. Wi-fi was good. Shower strong and hot although the space in the shower cabin and the bathroom was pretty tight. AC was quiet and provided a very well maintained environment. Breakfast (8 EUR) was the best. I would give it a 10+. Personnel was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the back yard was very convenient and inexpensive (8 EUR/day).

The elevator was a bit undersized and slow. TV was useless for me: up to 15 channels in total, none in English, no chance of watching the latest news. For the price charged for the room, I think they should be able to provide a mini-fridge. It’s a hot summer and having cold drinks in the room after a long day of walking and visiting, would make a huge difference. They provided 2 free bottles of water in the room, but what’s the point if it’s warm.

The location of Hotel Jadran couldn't be more perfect as is just a few minutes walk to the Main square and other sights. There is a tram stop just around the corner from the hotel as well as supermarkets, bakeries etc. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere with all staff being very service minded and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean with very comfortable beds. The new touch with a welcome water bottle is very appreciated in addition to the complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms. A great place to stay!

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room we stayed in was exceptionally comfortable, tastefully decorated. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, the staff who prepared and served the breakfast were very kind. Moreover, your staff deserves special mention. Every member of your team was incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. We look forward to returning to create more cherished memories in the future.

Everything was simply perfect.

Hotel is centrally located and tram stop is close by. Very friendly staff and all went out of their way to assist us with whatever we asked. Good sized room and bathroom which were always very clean. Breakfast was always good and abundant

The only problem was that I was under the impression that the safe deposit box was going to be in the room. However there was only a general safe deposit box at reception for everyone. I didn't think that was ideal or safe

No mini fridge I would have appreciated a second pillow (granted, I forgot to ask if it's possible to receive one more pillow following our arrival and we only stayed for two nights). Also, the mattress was a bit lumpy The bathroom fixtures (like the shower head) could use some replacement
