Excellent location, very close to all most important attractions and highlights, old town and museums. All in walking distance. Absolutely splendid, helpful and friendly personnel - 20 points out of 10!!! We asked for a possible early arrival, and personnel made everything to make it possible. Which was so timely and refreshing after the toughest travel. We just had to wait for 15 minutes and we were offered to wait in the lounge and have a cup of tea there. Thank you guys for so human and hospitable approach. We asked also for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. Small but very comfortable room. The fact that hotel is newly open after fresh renovation also make huge positive difference.

I would add bath robes to the room. Change of towels would also be nice, never happen within 3 days of stay. Add shampoo and body gel is a nice idea too. We stayed 3 nights and had to enjoy miserable, tiny bottles of washing liquids supplied at the time of the check-in and they were never re-newed. After we changed to the Westin hotel due to work requirement, otherwise we would not do it, we enjoyed Malin+Goetz shampoo and washing gel in big wall-fixed bottles which gives very high level impression, even though I think Manda hotel is more pleasant place to stay compare to rather old Westin.

Friendly welcome for staff. We stayed in Room 406, which is big (but it is the suite) and has a separate bedroom and living area. There is a small kitchen area, with a mid sized fridge, dual ring hob, cutlery and plates etc. Sofa in the living area with a TV and another TV in the bedroom. The shower is large and good. It was one of the quietest rooms we have stayed in, especially with the central location to the city centre..only the fridge was to be heard. :) A good stay overall

The breakfast arrangement is a little odd as you can eat in a very small room or have it delivered to your room. There is plenty of food, but it may be a little wasteful depending on how much you eat. The bed is ok but we did a little achy after 5 nights. The door to the bathroom does not open fully as it impacts on the toilet, not a big issue for us, but if you have mobility issues it may be an issue.

The hotel is very cosy, beautifully renovated and super clean. The room was spacious and full of light. The bed was comfortable and there was a little couch and nice desk. Good airco and complimentary coffee The bathroom was also spacious and tastefully done. I arrived before checkin time and my room wasn't ready, but I mentioned I was there for work and in a hurry and the kind person at the desk arranged a different room for me, this was fantastic. Location is close to everything without being right in the middle of the tourist area, which was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was a bit basic but still quite ok, really not a big deal. They do bring it for free to your room which was a nice touch. I didn't see the communal area where you can have it.

Location was an easy walk into the main square and the old town. We had a 1 bedroom suite so plenty of space. The rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast area was small so limited. It was not well explained to us so we had breakfast out in the town. There are limited options nearby early and on Sundays and public holiday when most shops are closed.

A great experience overall. The hotel couldn't be at a better location. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked its design and how efficiently things are placed. One can see that a lot of work and thought has been put into this, because the hotel is in an old historical building but modern tech and building materials are used to make it as best as possible. Very important is that it was also quiet, one can literally see the double windows. The bed is comfortable and has a good quality mattress, something that I rarely see in hotels. The staff is polite,friendly and did everything to fullfill my wishes or to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely come back when I visit Zagreb again.

The elevator was a bit noisy and could be heard in the room, when moving up. This is normal though since the room was next to it.

The room was clean. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lounge with free coffees and tea bags even if you didn't select the breakfast! In the room, you have a coffee capsule machine and a water boiler. The fridge has two small bottles of water free of charge! The hotel is quite near the tourist attraction sites. I would definitely try to stay in the same hotel if I would visit Zagreb again.

The window is facing the street with trams which could be very loud with opened windows. But since I used earplugs and the windows were closed all the time (too hot otherwise), I could sleep well in the night. The table could be a bit larger.

Location of the property is in center and has many attractions of the city nearby. Breakfast has decent and neatly served by their facilities staff. Clean soft bed, sofa in the hall, and a small kitchen and kitchenware for a self-help is the highlight. I was able to treat myself with some home food once in a while.

Excellent Stay We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, giving a fresh and modern feel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Smart, modern and clean. Our suite had a little balcony, two toilets and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast-making and tea, coffee and hot-chocolate making facilities were also available on the 1st floor but we had a lovely breakfast delivered to the room. Also beers available. The staff were really nice and the front desk was manned all night. The location is great and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We managed to park right outside.

Excellent place - we had a 2 bedroom suite - fantastic beds, shower and so comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice - when we got to Zagreb train station - the taxi drivers were trying to fleece us - asked for 45 euros for a 4 min drive ( and kept reducing it to 30 and then 15 euros which we declined each time). I called the hotel and they sent a taxi which cost us 4 euros. Location was also great - just a 10 min walk to Jelecic square and all the sights - tram stops nearby etc. they had free coffee and hot chocolate and a complimentary mini bar which had water, juice and soda .

Nothing - perfect!
