Everything about this hotel and its team is just great! From the moment I reached out, I was impressed. The staff handled my phone request with such professionalism and speed; it truly stood out. Their polite and attentive approach immediately reassured me that my son would be in excellent hands during his stay. And he confirmed just that. He had nothing but praise for the hotel and its incredible team. That kind of experience creates lasting trust, and without a doubt, this hotel will always be our go-to whenever we visit Zagreb. A value-for-money hotel! The room was comfortable with plenty of space for three people and our luggage (three cabin suitcases + three backpacks + bags and purses). Everything was clean. Breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all helpful and kind (both the maids and the employees at the reception desk) and they all gave us advice about which places to visit off the beaten track. The location of the hotel is ideal; just a few minutes' walk from the central square, really close to plenty of bus and tram stops and next to a supermarket.

We had read some comments about the noise coming from the tram but luckily it wasn't so intense so we all slept pretty easily and peacefully (our room was on the first floor, behind the breakfast area).

Very good location for short stroll into Zagreb city centre and many of the main attractions. A great choice of restaurants and cafes to choose from in the area, the hotel is above a spa shop, next to that a great little bakery with ice-cream stall at the front, and many more along the street. We arrived by taxi transfer via booking.com which worked very well, he dropped us off a parking zone just in front of the spa shop and he showed us the entrance, which was around the corner from the spa shop, down a small covered ‘alley’ then up the stone stair cases to the reception. The hotel had pre warned us of the stairway. Glad to have taken the room with a small, but pleasant balcony, to have a coffee and watch the world go by, looking across at the Cathedral towers. Good space in the room, with ample wardrobe space, the top ones to high to reach. Bonus having a fridge in the room, for a cold drink at hand, the temperature was up in the 30’s in June. There was a kettle and cups for a warm drink, we took our own coffee. Very good free internet. Very good air conditioning, we turned it off when chilled, to cut down the motor noise at night. Really pleasant en-suite shower room, a treat on a hot day. Check in was smooth, friendly receptionist, behind the desk, also the bar area. This is also the main guest lounge, cum breakfast area. The breakfast was ideal for us, a choice of hot and cold food, coffee, tea and juices. Plenty of space when we stayed here. We also ate out on a small decked balcony- type area. In Zagreb there are many trams running from early morning till late evening, and are a popular, well used mode of transport here. This hotel being situated at a corner of a junction crossed by trams, means you get good number of them passing, they do make a load din and vibration, which you can not hide from, and I’m sure a lot of other hotels get this too. The hotel did inform us of the street noise and they provide ear plugs for the evening.

The tram noise and vibration took some getting used to, but we did, and after touring around Zagreb all day, sleep won through - plus you can use the ear plugs! On the whole it was a great base to stay and good value.

Perfect location about a 5 minute walk from the main square where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Next to a spar shop which is convenient, and opposite the museum of hangovers which is well worth a visit! Even though our room was on a main road and I am sensitive to noise we slept great! The air con was a great bonus too! The room itself was spacious, clean, modern bathroom with toiletries on the wall and had tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfy and nice towels. The breakfast was fantastic had a great variety of hot and cold food including homemade cakes, fruit, granola, eggs sausage etc. Staff extremely friendly and went out of their way to help!

Location. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice decorations. Owns a restaurant nearby with decent local specialties and some discounts for hotel customers.

The reception lobby is at the second floor, be prepared to carry luggage up (and down) some stairs. Good we had our rooms at the same floor of the lobby and didn’t have to go one more floor up.😁 The hotel did warn about situated in the city, however the soundproof windows work fine. It was the tram shaking the ground may bother sensitive people.

Very spacious family room, good aircon, clean ensuite bathroom. Pleasant reception area with chilled lemon and mint water on tap, well appreciated on hot days. Other reviewers complained about the tram noise and the hotel provides ear plugs, but we did not find the trams bothersome, just part of the general noise of being in a city. Noise wasn't bad, you just feel the slight vibrations, a bit of a rumble, but it didn't disturb. Hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. There are steps to manage with bags, without a lift, up to the first floor reception and then possibly one or two more flights depending on the room, but we knew to expect that. Breakfast was good, lots of different things on the buffet. Location was great for central sightseeing. Our children very happy with everything.

We didn't know we should look out for the air con water container filling up, and the floor got a bit wet.

This hotel is decorated very trendy and cute. I stayed in a loft room, and it was more than enough space for just myself. The location is safe and walkable to both upper and lower parts of of the city. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! There were a lot of nice touches, like the summer corner in the lobby that had complimentary infused water and biscuits. The outdoor patio is a pretty little oasis.

There wasn't an elevator, which is not so common in Europe, but worth a mention in case it's a must for someone. Also, the walls aren't well insulated, so I could hear the loud group of guests next door when they got in at night. Luckily, they didn't stay up too late, and I slept well during both nights of my stay here.

Spacious, and good location. Friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed in the Deluxe Double with Balcony, where drinking coffee with an overlook was very relaxing. The location is amazing - there's a SPAR in 20 seconds walk away for buying grocery store things, and it is 10 minute walk from Ban Jelačić Square. Good Wi-Fi, decent breakfast.

You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. If you have heavy bags, or movement is impaired, reconsider.

The Location is very Central. We walked to all our Destinations. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast Buffet because there were Home Made cakes, so good :) We really liked staying in this Hotel. The employees are very kind. We left our car in the publik parking Garage which IS only a 5 Minute walk away, so IT was perfect.

Nice breakfast and very friendly dining room staff. My daughter liked the mattress.

I clearly heard people next door talking and having amourous activities.no soundproofing. The room was also shaking each time the tram passed by. We were aware that it might be some noise from the trams, but it was too noisy until late night.It got better as tram traffic reduced deep into the night until dawn. I didn't mind trams as much as I did mind noises from the room next door.
