absolutely awesome location, super walkable and excellent public transportation options. surrounded by great restaurants, bars, shopping and super close to funicular that will zip you up to old town. the apartment is spacious, very comfortable and was super clean. we felt right at home. A/C worked great, loved the bonus balcony. kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has great lighting and an excellent shower. we were warmly welcomed and appreciated all the helpful communication. building is very quiet and we felt very safe and secure. we would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely come back!

The manager was not available. My email was not working The manager did not try to come to our apartment even though she said she would come to collect money from us. We were at the apartment for 2 nights and she did not check to see if everything was ok even though we could not answer her emails. On the last morning not only did we have to leave cash on the table but she requested my passport to be emailed to her My email was only receiving e mails but not able to send them. It was cause for concern from my side but I would think she could have seen that there was a communication problem. I hope she got her payment and hope I have receipt

Cannot get a more ideal location in the city center especially with such great space! Self check and kit but Jelena gives explicit step by step instructions. The kitchen is fully furnished and refrigerator full sized. Loved the open windows and high tech shudders. Parking with luggage was a challenge but a trade off for the location. This place allowed us to see the major sights of Zagreb in a short amount of time!

A few more toiletries would be helpful. The shower was difficult to operate.

The location was great! Within walking distance of pretty much everything. A lot of restaurants and bars are in the area. There was a bakery right next to the entry. The host - Jelena was super nice, gave us all the instructions and we managed to find the keys and check in smoothly. If you are travelling by car there is an underground parking lot that the host recommended at about 6/7 minutes away from the apartment. We stayed for a night only as we were passing by the city, however, the apartment had everything you may need and was comfortable for our family of 3.

Location behind a block fronting the main square was perfect. Quiet but near to all places of interest and trams in all directions on the doorstep. The apartment is on the 4th floor served by a lift which is accessed up a flight of 10 steps. The block is old but the appartment well modernised and comfortable. We went to the InMusic festival a caught a 20 min tram and then a bus that ran every 15 min during the festival to Lake Jarun. Night tram or Uber back was easy.

The flat is now in need of repainting but that is the only criticism.

Perfect location. Great bakeries and restaurants nearby. Central tramway terminal at the door. Spacious enough. Modern amenities and appliances. Very clean bathroom and well-functioning shower. Enough electrical outlets to use for electronic equipment.

I am more and more allergic to having to pick up keys from a locked box. (This does not apply to this property only). View is that of old building across the courtyard 50 yards away. We like to have a micro-wave oven and and a washing machine.

I loved how beautiful the whole space was . Well spacious and the sofa bed and everything was ready to have a cozy time there. The whole view from apartment along with how well its situated in the centre of ban janin square adds to the value of the property. Amazing location . Great space and flexible host.

Just a minor thing, the directions to self check in was good but a bit confusing but the host responded on time and helped us well with check in

The host sent very clear check in instructions via whatsapp which made it really easy to check in. Very central location in Zagreb and very close to a great luggage storage space if you need it (bike store Pedaloo - this was recommended to us by the host). Very spacious and comfy apartment.

Payment was cash only which was a shame as we didn't have any cash on us. Apartment is located at the end of a dark yard so I would have been uncomfortable arriving late at night on my own.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was very central yet only a 15 minute walk from the main station. There was Netflix available which was a treat! The kitchen was small but adequate for a short stay. Although we were not met at the property, collection of the key was well explained before we arrived

The flat was situated behind other buildings on the square so the view was not as nice as I had expected!

Location of the apartment is just across the street from Trg bana Jelačiča, so it's really centrally located, but still quite at night. Before entering the courtyard there is a bakery on the left side and another one just few meters further, which is good for morning breakfast. Apartment is spacious and light enough, kitchenette is well equipped, bathroom has big walk-in shower. Ms. Jelena was really supportive with all the information how to reach and use apartment.

Courtyard can be a bit spooky entering it at night. Apartment could be a bit cleaner, there are many stains on the sofa. Also using sofa for a bed is a bad decision because your back will be totally broken in the morning. Drawer under the sink in bathroom is peeling of and it's giving a really bad look to otherwise nice bathroom.
