This B and B might seem a little hard to find and looks like its in an abandoned old bank building. But the directions to find it are excellent and once you get inside its like an oasis right on the square a the bottom of the Upper town and the end of the famous cafe street. We took tram number 6 from the car hire company whihc dropped us right on the square in front of the hotel building.The location is perfect, the room is spacious and modern with comfortable bedding, a mini bar , TV, tea and coffee making in the breakfast room, big bathroom , aircon and its very quiet. In the morning there is a continental and cooked breakfast included. Would stay here again and it was probably our best night's sleep of our 3 weeks in Croatia.

If you are looking for no frills accommodation in a perfect location this place fits the bill perfectly. When you enter the building that it’s located in and use the lift, you wonder what awaits you but as you enter the accommodation you get a very pleasant surprise. Our room was a good size; light and airy overlooking the main square; well equipped with air con and a wall mounted TV; and with a small but well equipped en-suite. The breakfast was fairly basic but the staff were on hand to cook a variety of eggs. The two members of staff that we met were extremely friendly, personable, helpful and efficient.

The downside of being located overlooking the main square was that it could be very noisy at night with party goers exiting clubs etc, so much so, that ear plugs were provided in the room! Another feature that would deter some visitors was that because of the nature of the accommodation, there was no bar facility.

This unit is on the 3rd (really 5th) floor of an elevator building right in front of the main square. Sky city is small but it packs it all in with a small balcony facing the square and a shared breakfast/kitchen area. The room was very clean and included a toiletries kit with toothbrush and slippers. In spite of its small size, room 12 provided sufficient space to organize your belongings, a work area, and a very comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast and cannot attest for its quality but it smelled good. We were able to leave the luggage before check in time.

We only stayed one night and woke up early but there’s some noise that comes from the kitchen area when they’re preparing breakfast that might be bothersome to some if planning to sleep in. Would have liked to have complimentary water upon arrival. Instead they have a refreshments and snack bar in the unit with items for purchase.

Location is super central and well connected. The view is amazing and accommodation very nice and comfortable.

We made a very last minute booking due to emergency so it wasn’t immediately clear that it is self-service entry. Due to the last minute booking and slightly delayed communication it took several minutes to work out the entry to the property. However, this was clear as soon as the message came through and elaborate explanation with the photos. We then easily worked out the keys & the codes.

This is a very charming location with a great sized room. You are in the heart of the city, and as you open your window, you can see the entire square, the flower and fruit market in the morning. The owner of the property is quite attentive to the small details. As your window gives onto the square, it can get rather noisy at night, as people are at the square all times of the night, there are ear blockers available in your room so that the noise doesn't interfere with your sleep. The location of the B&B is in a retro building with old style elevator on the 3rd floor. You will be assigned a room, with a very firm bed and a clean modern bathroom. Breakfast is very good, with the owner cooking the eggs you want. The view from the eating area is exceptional.

Little if any to complain. The staff is only available for a short time in the day. If you check in at a late time, make sure you have access to data on your phone so that you can read the long email explanation of what and how to enter the building. You must be attentive, otherwise, you will be sitting outside for a while before you enter the building.

Great central location. Nice common area outside rooms with coffee available all day. Bed was ok, clean and spacious bathroom. Overall neat and clean. Quiet and effective A/C. Adequate wardrobe.

Not really accessible by car and parking is a bit off (8 min walk) in a garage, like 14€/day. Entry to the B&B is a bit convoluted, with multiple locked doors / codes, but the instructions were clear enough. A bit noisy from the street below, but shutting the windows up solved it for sleeping. Plenty of breakfast options outside, the one served on premise was pretty basic.

Location is right on square of city center above flower market. Easy walk to train station and places to eat. It’s where all the action is!

Breakfast starts 8am, too late for early excursions and early departures. On the 2 mornings, we had to leave before 8am, we asked the attendant if we could have some boiled eggs or yogurt to go, but she said no, breakfast starts at 8am. Luckily, the breakfast area happen to be across from our room so we found some cold cereal and milk to eat.

This B&B is located in the centre of Zagreb overlooking the main square and less than a minute walk to the tram stop. The room was a great size, very clean and the bed was very comfy. The common area is also great with tea and coffee available all day - and you can even enjoy your drink on the balcony to take in the view of the square. It’s not immediately obvious where the B&B is but they give you clear instructions to find it easily. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Zagreb!

I had a fantastic stay at B&B Sky City Center! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Zagreb, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern, super clean, and offer amazing city views. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of options. Overall, it’s a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

love the mid century decor, the artworks were lovely. you felt like you were staying with friends. I had the best sleep in a month

it was a little hard to find, because the driver couldn't drop you off in front of the place.. however the place is marked well, on the square, Street signs are available, you just need to orientate yourself, then it is simple. and don't go to the visitors centre, they will send you in the other direction.
