The hotel has a nice vibe to it and the rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is a great party hotel as the club located at the hotel seems to be quite busy. The hotel has a great location as it is close to many nice restaurants and patios. For those of you that are in Zagreb for business the wifi in the hotel is great for conferences calls and is quite fast. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially for people looking to enjoy Zagreb’s nightlife.

The property does have what I call a smokey smell to it so for those of you that don’t like smoke this may not be the right place for you. Also if you are not familiar with Zagreb you may have a difficult time finding the hotel unless you know exactly where you are going. Lastly, I hate saying this but I believe during the check-in it would be great if the hotel offered you a drink while you wait for your hotel room which is what other hotels with a similar vibe do.

Everything was good.. Has a very unique atmosphere with their bar etc breakfast was ok for protein etc Noise level was ok for most of the time. Location seems to be perfect

I was waiting at reception in the morning to check out and enquire about breakfast and staff members saw me and didn't show any initiative by telling the receptionist, instead I had to ask them, where was the receptionist . One staff member from that region, just ignored me. We just have to remember, this region in the world, isn't well known for good customer service.Apart from that small issue, I found overall, it was quite good. At checking in time, I had a shower. No hot water but the following morning, they had hot water. People basically should be trained about what is initiative. There was some chattering outside my room during the early hours. Property should have signs up about noise pollution. Apart from that time. All was well

- Very central location. Just 3-4 minutes walking distance from the central square. - Very close to all sights (walking distance). - There is a supermarket close to the hotel. - There is a tram line which passes out of the hotel (you must drop off and pick up at the main square), which also passes out of the central bus station. - Very friendly staff. - Clean room and bathroom.

- The entrance of the hotel is also the entrance of a bar and you have to cross the bar to be at the reception and when you return to the hotel at night it's look like to have a face control to enter in the hotel. When you are in the room at night, there is a litte bit noise of music from the bar.

Room was spacious and I liked the decorations. There was a dispenser of hair and body wash, as well as soap in the bathroom, the room was clean and warm. The exit to the joint balcony was a nice thing. The bed is comfortable. Staff was kind and forthcoming, both at the reception and in the cafe. Location of the property is extremely central!

The door lock on the balcony is a bit specific - took me a while to figure it out. You can hear the music all the way through the night - I personally do not mind, as I fall asleep very easy, and I slept through it like a baby, but it's important to know before booking.

For me, I totally forget what is to be in a place where is allowed to smoke inside the disco, bar o even the restaurants. So, if you don't like that (because of the smell or smoke), you will find everywhere in Croatia. I don´t know if a others hotels has any restriction about that.

I liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. Plug socket by the bed and a view over the main street. Mini fridge was a plus. The decor I liked, it's very industrial modern, glittery floors, can seem strange but it's ok. I like that the shower magnetically locked so it became a waterproof cubicle. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

There was definitely some rolling noise from trams in the morning and I did feel like I heard noise from the service stairs like someone trashing bottles after closing or somewhere else, like the fire door banging....but for the price, why complain, I didn't expect a soundproof room when you are above a bar/nightclub locatuon

Cleaning is an issue. Previous guests dirty towels were left , toilet bowl wasn't cleaned. Extremely noisy. Doors make lots of sounds so when 1 guest opens or closes the door, the whole floor can hear it. You can imagine for the whole night. I booked a room with balcony but the balcony is facing everyone because it's an indoor design. It's awful. It's retro style. Everything's black . It's very dark inside as not sufficient lights and lamps.

Excellent location, good price, friendly staff available 24 hours, restaurant and rooftop bar are great, free access to basement club, ac and heating. Room was small but cozy and clean, no complaints.

Noise. Not as bad as others mention - I was on the 3rd floor and could hear mainly the bass from the 4th floor bar. And you can hear everything from people in the hallways. The hotel at least provides earplugs in the room. The other thing was smoking. Indoor smoking is permitted in Croatia so depending on how busy the restaurant is you will likely have to walk into a smoke-filled restaurant to get to the hotel elevator. You can kind of smell cigarettes in the hallway (mainly on busy nights) but the room didn’t smell at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great, close to main attractions in Zagreb, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel has a good cafe area as well as a noce terrace (rooftop)

I had a garden view and although it is nice to have a small balcony, the downside is that there is a nightclub with events every night and you can hear the loud music if you face the garden

Where to start I was with my friend and the room was good. The noise was not noticeable (even when I read some reviews about it) and the place is nice. The staff is so reachable and nice. The whole place is amazing and you can access either the rooftop or the Bumker Disco without paying additional fees. They also can let you use the restrooms and you can leave your luggage more time after you leave the place. Oh, the place is key to getting to all the night life in Zagreb, it is close to almost every bar or disco in the city centre.

The only thing would be the smell of the soap in the showers but only that, it is something not so big, it was even not noticeable for me but just in case I wanted to tell it. Other than that, everything was great.
