The location is perfect. Cant state it enough. Literally in the middle of the city. We were looking for an ice cream before checking in and the place turned out to be right next to the hotel. Breakfast can be easily bought half a block from the hotel in several cafes. People in charge were very nice

To be clear, i didn’t mind this at all, but people might be interested in knowing two things: 1. The hotel is in a second floor. Stairs are a bit high for someone with mobility limitations 2. Windows can easily isolate it but the hotel is so central, there are some restaurants on the street right in front of of it , which by the way has no traffic, so you can hear people talk and laugh

The location was in the very center of the city, it was easy to move around on foot. The room was big and clean, with all the amenities you would expect. A guide for the city was provided, which was very appreciated.

Definitely the check in mechanism could be improved. There is no possibility of leaving the luggage before you check in or after you leave, which is very annoying. We did not know and tried to contact the host, but received no answer despite saying they were available 24/7.

Check in was OK, room was clean, having access to kitchen facilities was useful. The room size was good, with enough space to accommodate two sets of luggage. The bed was comfortable and all the plumbing worked well. WiFi was good.

We were told that we couldn't use the laundry facilities, but after contacting the host an arrangement for us to do so was made. Either the accommodation description should be changed or there should be clear access to the laundry facilities. Be warned that the shower - as in many European accommodations - is quite small. (There is an unnecessarily large bathroom cabinet, so I would suggest a future renovation reduce the size of the cabinet and increase the size and accessibility of the shower.)

The location was excellent. It was convenient to the town center, restaurants, etc. It was quiet at night inside the room, and we enjoyed having access to a kitchen. In addition, the host was very responsive when there was an issue with the AC. Someone came immediately. Be aware that this is on a pedestrian street, so taxis will not drop you at the door. It is about a half block walk to the taxi stand on the corner. You also have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the property.

While overall the room was clean, the floors were a bit dirty. You couldn't walk around barefoot and then get in bed. I wore shoes in the room.

I liked everything! Cool Centre is a fantastic place to stay. I booked 6 days before my check-in. As it was mid-April, l thought all the good places would be gone, particularly after the early spring heatwave in Europe. I was wrong. For what l paid, this apartment is luxury and right in the middle of the city, too. The furthest of all the attractions in Zagreb (botanical gardens) was still only a 25 minute walk away. I didn't actually meet any staff as it is run remotely, but as soon as l text a question via Booking.com, l received an answer, normally within an hour and sometimes within minutes. All the remote check-in instructions ran smoothly, too, so without a doubt, if l'm ever in Zagreb again, l'll be staying here.

There were no real negatives at all. If l were to be fussy, l'd say B&B is misleading because they don't do breakfast - but l really didn't care, because within 50yards in any direction, there are 10-20 cafe/restaurants. Also, just being fussy, check-in is advertised as 11am on Booking.Com. It isn't, its 10am. That said, when l asked about this, they very kindly said l could stay to the point that the cleaner knocked. In the end, with the sunshine streaming in, l wanted to be up and exploring by 10am anyway, so l have no idea what time the cleaner knocked. It is a fabulous place to stay 👍

Location was good. Room was clean

1. I ordered a taxi from the airport to the hotel via Booking, but the address of the hotel that Booking.com gave to the taxi driver was incorrect. Since I didn't have the correct address either, I was left at the wrong place. 2. Other than the maid who came to clean at about 11 a.m., I never saw anyone at the place. 3. In the kitchen, there are not enough electrical outlets on the level of the kitchen counter. Because of this, one could either make toast or make tea, but not both at the same time. A lot of outlets on the floor, but who wants to make tea or toast on the floor?

Perfect location and nice concept of overall space. You have all you need.

As there is no parking, you must pay public parking and it is quite expensive! Althoug everything was clean, towels and sheets require changing, look pretty old and overused. Refridgerator was messy. I’m aware not all guests keep it appropriate, but you can’t be sure what is actually offered as breakfast.

The location is great, and the apartment is exactly as they described it. Hosts are approachable and communicative.

Air conditioning wasn't working, and the first day it was like we were boiling in hell. I told them they were trying to get someone to come and fix it, but Croatia was playing football, and it never happened. Luckily, there was rain which lowered the temperature a bit. But this ruined our experience. Hosts tried to solve it, and I understand it.

Apartment is very close to center. It's clean. There is a shared kitchen that's good to have. It's self checkin so that's also a plus. Its good for short stay and sleepover.

You basically don't know which room you're getting. On booking page there's 1 room, but seems you get "based on availability" as pictures that were on page didn't correspond with where we were. There is air con unit in the room, but there's no remote to be seen. The blanket was the shortest blanket i've ever seen, and since there was no sheet, you have bedding and blanket, but if you're above 180 your feet will protrude through end of blanket. Not sure what's up with that

Location is great, heart of the city center, the city can be explored on foot however if you are coming by car, there are also several public garages available nearby. The accommodation was really good and the communication with the host was great, they are very kind to help if you have a question. Considering that I am a frequent traveler to Zagreb, this accommodation will be among the first on my list to return to.
