I recently stayed at this charming spot in the heart of the old town, directly across from the funicular. The location is incredibly convenient and truly the center of the action. Bruno, the host, was exceptional—going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in Room No. 3, Bruno promptly addressed it, even moving us to a larger room with a balcony the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. His dedication to guest satisfaction was impressive, and we will definitely book here again in the future.

The location of this studio is fantastic—right in the city center. The room itself was very nice and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.

One thing to note if you’re working remotely: there isn’t a dedicated desk, so it may not be the best setup for long work sessions. Also, the view isn’t anything special, so if having a nice view is important to you, this might not be ideal. Other than that, everything was great, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, central place to stay!

Central location and welcoming host. The room was clean and comfortable.

-The AC wasn’t working properly and took a long time to cool the space and was quite noisy. The host kindly offered to move us, but it was too late after a long day of travel. -Doesn’t look as luxurious as the photos but fine for an overnight. -There is no iron- description said there was.

The host was very kind in everything. We noticed a lot of small attention towards us. We are traveling with a two month old baby and he reserved the room overlooking the main street for us even though we booked a room with a garden view. He offered us a cradle worthy of being called that. He set the TV to a cartoon channel ‘a detail I really appreciated’ the room is exceptional and has (number 4) a ceiling climate like the one you find in shopping malls. Result? In two minutes hot or cold room as you wish. In the bathroom you can adjust the temperature separately with a floor heating system. In the main room you will find a powerful fridge with space for the freezer (there is not always a kettle with herbal teas available, a very comfortable sofa and an extra large double bed. Perfect room cleaning. Very fast Wi-Fi workspace available. The location? You are on the main road and 300 meters from the most important square in Zagreb. If you have to go to this city, choose this property!

Situated in the city centre of Zagreb clean and nice studio for a family.

It was very hot. We had air conditioning, but it was so noisy (combined also with a noisy fridge) that we had to switch it on and off to get asleep and in the same time not to suffocate. That's hardly qualifying for a luxury apartment when you hear noise instead of having a relaxing sleep. No parking available which is a shortcoming, but ok this aspect we knew from the beginning.

Great location. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Great large room; nice bathroom. New. Bed was A+. Very comfortable property. Not sure I’d upgrade for room with a view because city Trams are very active and generate some noise. Off the street room might be better. But really liked our room.

No signage for hotel on the street. I’m not sure we knew it was a lobby-less property. Required personal meeting to checkin. Might have missed that. Parking is a little tricky/tight in Zagreb. Not a hotel issue. But, you need to park a few blocks away if you have a car, or pay a substantial fee. Not a complaint; just the facts.

We only used the apartment as a base for an overnight stay during a layover, but it served us for everything we needed! We arrived late at night, but staff were on hand on WhatsApp to assist us with self check in should we have needed it. It was clean, comfortable and in a fairly central location.

The accommodation is extremely central in the city. The entrance seems a bit weird but once you enter the property it does look like a hotel room but it’s several rooms in a privately held floor. I got the instructions and the code for the key box via What’s App. The room is big, the airconditioner works fabulously, which was needed. The bed is large and comfortable as is the bathroom.

There was some leakage around the shower that I informed the property owner via What’s App about. I couldn’t find a WiFi network although I didn’t ask as I had 4G mobile network. The pas of the airco was worn so I couldn’t switch off the airco when I checked out. I would have loved a little refrigerator.

Stayed here before and the location is great. Rooms are nice and comfy.

It is not always super clean, just on the surface. The building can be quite noisy due to the main street in front of the building and the other residents within the building.

the location was perfect - right in the center, next to the main street, everything you could want was nearby. It was quiet and the amenities were good - there is hairdryer, and an iron to use. Overall we really liked our stay
