Location. Very close to the city center and tram stop. Nicely priced and the apartment is locked with code, making it more comfortable for us to get out of the apartment without having to worry about bringing the keys. It's also on the 1st floor, so we don't have to worry about our luggage.

The bed is hard and the pillow gets flat easily. Not only that, the bed is also a bit noisy even when we made the slightest movement. We woke up several times during our sleep because of this. It's also hard to find a parking lot nearby. They also didn't provide a tissue to dry our hands or to clean stuff, so we used the towels. Then, there's no information about the location for each facility (slippers, hair dryer, etc) so we spent some time rummage over every shelf there and it was quite time consuming.

The only problem was that even though there were 2 passcode controlled doors and then the apartment door, the second passcode door was open and the keys were inside the apartment with its door unlocked, meaning that anyone of the other residents could have access to our room beforehand (another passcode lock with the apartment key would be preferable).Otherwise pretty good experience, with the staff being polite and helpful.

The owner was amaizing and very hospitable, always responing to my questions. On the day of check out, i was not feeling good and he let us check out later without charging aditionally and didn't make any preassure. The apartment was in the city center, very quiet and clen. This really made my journey amaizing. Thank you!

Small cozy room with private bathroom, excellent if you are the type that likes to wander the city all day and just crash back there during the night. Pretty close driving distance by car from the city centre. Parking lots nearby. Close to the first Domino’s Pizza in Zagreb, a plus for us😁

The room was clean and there were sufficient amenities provided for our comfort. The person was not here to receive us but took our call for help although we arrived late. We appreciate that.

Nothing except that the address of the building on Google was wrong at first and that created confusion. Thankfully the owner picked up our call and helped us with directions.

We had a very nice small apartment, perfect for one night. Everything was very clean, the host is very responsive, the location is very good (some 5-10 minutes walk to the cathedral and very center of the city). It’s pleasant to stay in the room, as it’s light and nicely (simply) decorated. The house has its atmosphere, with the old elevator and the yard. And it felt safe, with the code entrance to the apartments section. Check-in is very convenient, too.

Our room had the window directly side by side with another window, so we basically could not open the curtain. We had sleeping space for 4 people, but only 2 chairs and a tiny table. We only stayed one night, so for us it was no problem at all, but for a week I would have asked for a different room. It’s possible to buy a parking space in the yard, but I failed to drive in (the street was packed at the time, and I blocked both cars and pedestrians, trying to enter the narrow corridor), so we chose a nearby parking eventually.

Good location to the old town / centre. Clean comfortable apartment with easy check in instructions (as arrived late).

Please note we got the address the day of arriving and it was different to where Booking.com has it. They have multiple places. So it might not be checking as we had a taxi set up to a different location.

Steps were alot to the apartment- on arrival it looked abit dodgy with gates and entrance but that was just first impression- once in, it was great!

It was a wonderful experience, everything was on point and facilities are excellent.. We just struggled a little bit locating the apartment which I understood that they have similar apartments on different locations within the city but over all it was a great experience..

Comfy beds, great communication with host

Noise from the coridor. The door wasn’t soundproof and someone was going to the apartment nextdoor in the middle of the night and the noise and even the light going inside through the bottom of door woke me twice. Very unpleasant experience.
