I liked bed, it was a comfortable night of sleep.

I didn't like the fact that it's a self checking with a key-pad and a code, you'll never see a person or be greeted by a person at the time of your arrival or check in, its all done trough either booking or social apps like viber, and if they send you wrong code like they did to me you'll be waiting little bit for them to answer you back with a correct code while you are standing there in front of the building with all of your belongings exhausted from your trip and not able to get in and getsome rest. I guess you can say this, non-human contact, not my thing, so in the future, I'll make sure I book my stays at places where I'm greeted in person.

A large, freshly painted and renovated room in a great location for all the sights of Zagreb. A 10 minute walk from the bus station, with plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff who was there when we arrived and gave us some advice about the city. Great bathroom with an amazing shower! Also had great air conditioning. Great not having to carry a key as everything was digital and coded.

It was very close to a busy road, which did make it noisy at night. We had earplugs, so not a problem.

It's a perfect location, in the very heart of the city. Clean, well equipped, worth the price.

Maybe a bigger, firmer pillow would be better. Also, I didn't have cash to pay the tourist free of 4.5€, so I ended up spending 15€ (the ATM fee is 5€, and the minimum withdrawal is 10€), and leaving a 10€ bill, with no offer from the owner to pay the 5€ back. It's not a big problem, but it is a matter of principle.

The apartment was close on walk to city centre and tram and bus stations. The rooms were well furnitured and accessible with a code scanner, no keys, no keyboxes and etc.

While the air conditioner in the living room was working it dropped water near the bedroom window and was noisy that we had to sleep on closed window.

The facility is close to the old town and all public transports.The host was helpful And pleasant.I recommend this apartment to future customers.

The location was excellent, check-in was easy and it was spacious for a studio.

Missing some simple amenities - coffee machine, iron - that would have been useful. Shower head was cracked and sprayed water. A towel had a makeup stain and there was dust under the bed.

Very good location, everything you might need is in walkable distance. Public transport is close by. The studio is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable and big.

Since the studio is facing a main boulevard it can get a bit noisy.

Clear instructions on how to access apartment; good location in relation to train station and main hub of Zagreb; very clean; comfortable beds; good size; good internet;

Hot water tank not real big, so no long showers!!!

Location very good. Very easy check-in what perfect was for us due to trainproblems and very late arrival. Walking distance from station and sights. Good waterpower.

The airco, even though we did not turn it on, was dripping outside, so you continuesly hear a loud drip falling.

It is small apartment near main train station, almost in the center of town. Very close to main square. Nice and clean. There is a grocery store minute away from the apartment. There is no need to meet the owner but aparment has door pass code which is very practical.
