This is a Wonderful Hotel at an Excellent Location Upper town is easily walkable from here or the Tram stop is very close by, We were upgraded to a very Luxurious Superior Double room , Loved it, it was a very big room with adequate seating area and storage space.

The room was not properly cleaned and dusted each day, there was no Vacuum cleaning done on the room floor during our entire stay. The Cloth hanging system in the closet was inconvenient, not the usual sideways but one in front of the other. And there should be more hanging hooks in the Bathroom. The Breakfast was good, but they should change some of their Menu every day.

We walked to the hotel from the train station at night. It took us about 15 minutes and always felt safe. Greeted with a smile by check in clerk, who was impeccably presented and professional. Given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very nice surprise. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, along with a large bathroom with everything you could need, plus dressing gowns and slippers. The gym is accessible 24 hours, which was much appreciated after we arrived late in the evening but still wished to utilise it. Breakfast was both buffet and a la carte, you could do either (or both!). The variety and quality of the food and beverages was a 10 out of 10. The white-glove wearing waiting staff at breakfast were young, yet outstanding too - compliments to them. Excellent value for money - a 5 star stay at 3 to 4 star prices. Would most definitely look to book with this hotel if staying in Zagreb again.

Hotel is very good to stay in. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable, air conditioning is very powerful. Neighborhood is perfect, you can reach to the town in 10 minutes by walking. There are markets near to the hotel. Buffet breakfast is a bit limited (especially for cheese lovers), but tasty. The only thing that i did not like, the hotel is a bit noisy because of the tram and car if you open the windows. On the other hand the tree next to our window was fantastic, i could watch the waves of leaves all day... I would definitely stay again if i come to Zagreb again someday.

Great hotel, large and comfortable bed, spacious room, very clean. The staff was very polite, friendly and did a great job while being very discreet. The sauna was also a plus. You can book it for the time you want and it also was very clean. The breakfast was really good with many options for everyone. Also great bar area- it could easily be a bar I would go for my drink. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre as it is only a short walk away.

Nothing - and I try to think of anything I would improve but really…nothing!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was well equipped and the towels were large, thick and soft. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. A buffet as well as being able to order off the menu. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the main square as well as the bus and railway stations. The spas were very good and booking was easy. Wi-Fi worked well.

On the 2 occasions we used the bar, after waiting a considerable time, we had to go in search of staff for service. The time that we ordered cocktails the young lady, who was probably mainly in the restaurant, had to resort to some on line instructions for content and method. The relaxation space in the Spa room had discarded slippers, overflowing towel basket, dirty cups and glasses, and empty water and tea containers, despite the fact the Spa had been booked in advance. Minor annoyances were, a couple more accessible sockets would be good and the noise of the trams was audible, although I think this would be hard to eradicate. If you are a 5 star hotel charging 5 star prices, then you need to deliver 5 star service and during our stay this standards were not met.

This hotel is a wonderful choice that fully lives up to its 5-star rating. The rooms are spacious and provide all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay. The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to the city center in just 10 minutes. The staff is another major highlight—they are incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. My only small critique would be the breakfast. While it was very good, I felt it could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant and professional.

Even though we had given plenty of notice that we are vegetarian and I am gluten intolerant, there was little choice at dinner. The first night I was offered roast vegetables followed by risotto and the second the offering was risotto followed by roast vegetables! The same desert was offered both times. The cafe down the road did a lot better than this. On the final day of our stay we ordered a vegetarian takeaway breakfast which we opened on a train: ham and cheese sandwiches! This is a lovely hotel but for us it was let down by the restaurant.

We stayed for two nights on our way back from Dubrovnik and Split. Nice, spacious room with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was clean and a good size with decent shower pressure. The location was convenient in a nice, quiet area slightly away from the central noise but within walking distance of all the attractions. Staff were friendly and available to help.

No real complaints, perhaps the carpet in the rooms could do with a refresh.

It’s really well maintained, beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room is lovely and the selection of food is great. We also had dinner at the hotel which really was delicious and each course beautifully presented. Our room was very clean and well presented and the bathroom was huge!

They could do with a better ambiance, perhaps more background music. And the cigarette smell from the bar lingers even into the breakfast/dinner room which for a non smoker is not pleasant.
