It is located in a very central location, walking distance to most tourist attractions. The room is facing the inner courtyard hence every quiet. Good restaurants and supermarkets choices in the neighbourhood. Good Wifi connections.

The room is fine, but the building itself needs some maintenance, e.g., the building front entrance door is quite stuck on the floor which makes it hard to move hence it kept open all the time during our stay, the window on the front door was also broken and with its frame falling on the floor, the spider nets is quite visible in the building, etc.

The property was large with big rooms and nice high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and nicely laid out. The kitchen was good with plenty of cooking equipment.

The hob in the kitchen was useless it took 40 minutes to boil some water. Also the AC was excellent but it was only in the kitchen/dinning area. There just needs a fan in the bed to circulate the air.

The location was great next to a lovely park and not far from transport. The apartment was worth its value for money. Staff are friendly and reply fast as no human interaction was needed.

The air conditioner is quite old and barely cools the large room. Needs to be replaced or perhaps a 2nd one can be installed in the main bedroom. The sofa bed is also not very comfortable. There is also no toaster. The main stairway needs to be cleaned and the main building door does not lock.

The thing I was the most pleasently surprised was the comfort of the matress and pillows. After a long day of walking, it was just the thing I needed. Everything had a fresh smell to it and was very clean. I reccomend this property for anyone wanting a true Austro-hungarian yet modern feel to an apartment. The location was excellent and it was a perfect match for our honeymoon getaway.

The drainage in the shower could have been better.

The room we stayed in was facing the inner yard, so it was very quiet; you could only hear birds singing through the window, but you were in the city center. Spacious apartment; parking nearby. Also, the hostess gave us good recommendations about parking nearby. Easy check-in and check-out at any time

There were flying bugs all the time; the walls and floor need deep cleaning or fixing (you can clearly see that the apartment had a lot of visitors for several years); there was mold in the bathroom; a shady staircase; apartment could be cleaner. We arrived on Sunday, so parking had lots of free spaces, but when we left on a working day, parking was full, so it might be hard to find a free spot if you arrive on a working day. And person working in parking lot doesn't speak english at all.

Great location close to plenty of tourist attractions. 6 minutes walk to main train station and there's even a self service laundromat nearby. Lots of bars and restaurants which were affordable within a short walk (less than 20 minutes). A near perfect location from which to explore the city. Lots of options for using public transport to get around the city. I ended up extending my stay in Zagreb by 1 night. I would have no hesitation booking again with Loox in the future. Marija was extremely helpful.

Our studio apartment was facing the street and there was a lot of noise from traffic passing outside even with windows shut. A minor complaint.

The apartment is really nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable too. There's everything you need from this type of accommodation really, it's great for 2-3 day visit to Zagreb.

The wifi was often down, there was no stable internet connection. The apartment number 1 is just above Hatzova street, and it's a bit noisy, one definitely needs ear plugs in order to sleep, but that was expected, such is the case with almost all accommodations located in the center of the the town, so it wasn't that much of a problem.

The apartment makes you feel at home. With everything you may need during your stay. The place is big enough and the bed is comfortable. Very close to everything in the city center. Thank you, Marija! There is an underground garage just around the corner. But if you park there make sure to buy the daily ticket after you enter. Otherwise you will be charged by hour.

The location and the apartment were very good. It is in the center of the city and it is safe to walk around. Also, the app is safe, view on the courtyard, quiet.

the lack of teaspoons (we had children/yogurt/cereale meal etc) the window in the main room was not functioning well so we left it closed in the bathroom was 1 dirty towel in the corner.

Everything was great. Studio apt. is perfect for couple, very cozy and clean. The location is perfect! Host is very responsive, they managed for us to get very early check-in and later check-out.
