Very nice personel, we came in the night at 1 o clock and there was no problem. We checked in quickly and they helped us with all the questions we had. The place was close to everywhere and you always have taxi's available around this area. (Tip: use Bolt) Also the trainstation is 1min so very easy to get anywhere in the country. The room was clean and loved the big smart Tv. You have Youtube, Netflix, Amazon, Disney and more. I truly enjoyed the early morning buffet breakfasts. A lot of options + good quality. And again the personel that took care of the breakfasts were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really was bad, maybe the shower could be better since we had to wait for around 5 min to get hotter water. Also the wifi wasn't always working as fast as it should be.

Location is fantastic near all interesting places and the station. Personnel is friendly, competent and helpful. The room was ready when we came at 12h. The hotel building is clean, and nice with all amenities. The breakfast was diverse, enough quality, and helpful personnel. All air conditioners were very comfortable for everyone in the room, because are positioned on a high level which is very good for everyone in the room. We used the city parking in front of the hotel, but it is good option that the hotel offers private parking nearby.

My second stay at Hotel Central was just as pleasant as the first one. The hotel is right in the center of Zagreb next to the main Train Station, Modern Art Gallery, and the Art Pavillion. The Ban Jelacic Square and the old historic town are within a short 10-minute walk.  The tramway stops right next to the hotel on the way to the Central Bus Station, and the shuttle to the Airport.  The hotel staff arranged a taxi ride for me to the airport early in the morning, and this worked out just fine. Very happy with this stay as well.

Location next to Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor (central station) is amazing. Very easy to walk to the historic town. Little outdated rooms, as to be expected in this part of Europe, but nonetheless clean and comfortable. Not "old", but a little "old-fashioned". Self-service laundry around the corner is super convenient. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Much noise from the trains after 7 am (but quiet during the night). Coffee is not good (unfortunately, that goes for pretty much all of Croatia). Little better coffee can be found for €1,- at the newspaper kiosks across from the train station. Still not very good coffee, but doable.

Nice hotel on the foot of the old center of Zagreb city. Building is a bit older, but equipment and services are very good - spacious room, comfortable beds, reconstructed, big bathroom and very good breakfast. It is opposite the train staiton and paid underground parking is very nearby. Definitely a perfect choice for a short visit of Zagreb!

Hotel is close to train station, 30 min by taxi from airport. Taxi price 35€ to airport, if you order standard, but Uber or Bolt is much cheaper. Room is clean, beds comfortable. Very good breakfast. No mechanical ventilation so you need to open window to get some fresh air.

Close to central train station which means the noise from trains from 5am to 1am. Alternative is to close window and turn on the conditioner - then you listen for noise from the fan. WiFi was very weak.

Perfect location! Next to the main railway station and very close city center. Public parking directly in front of the hotel (saturday after 15:00 and whole sunday for free). Tasty breakfast. Clean rooms.

Quadruple room was a little bit small.

Room was clean, facilities were good n modern. Staff were friendly enough. Location was just fantastic, within 3mins walk to the train station & parks

No complimentary water n coffee making

Excellent breakfast. Good location. Tram service opposite the hotel. Autobusni station about 15 minutes walk but hotel can easily be reached by tram from autobusni.

Very poor internet connection in room. Suggestion: A section of the hotel should be reserved for clients with pets! Even though the room was clean, I wasn’t comfortable knowing that probably my room had previously been used by someone with a pet!

This hotel is well located in the middle of Zagreb. It was in easy walking distance to many attractions as well as restaurants. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, only issue was the high side on the bathtub may be difficult for older persons to get into. The included breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have eaten at any hotel that I have stayed at. This included eggs fried and scrambled, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, numerous cold cuts and cheese, breads, pastries, juices, several different coffees and pate. The waitstaff were excellent cleaning dishes off the tables. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. I would highly recommend the Hotel Central to anyone visiting Zagreb.
