The room was very clean and spacious. It’s very easy to walk to the center. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff is nice as well.

They advertise with free parking but we ended up parking on some parking lot in the street for 40 euros because all garages nearby are also full.

The location is very central, but there is a free secured parking - very useful if you travel by car. The breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The evening receptionist (man) was very friendly and helpful.

The lady at the reception in the morning was not so friendly. The AC in the room was quite loud.

Such a nice old-fashioned hotel, we liked the room although it wasnt super warm inside during our stay .

The staff at the reception and restaurant should be more polite , the man at the reception was a kind of unattentive , told us the same things 4 times…funny , specially if the whole stay was paid in advance. The man (waiter i suppose) during the breakfast started to close pots while i was taking food , and took away the champaigne right before my face 😂 when i asked : “wait a little please “ he gasped, put the bottle back and told me “enjoy”…. 🤪i am a travel expert and have never seen such attitude in s good hotel before :) The last thing we didnt like was that they started to call right at 12 am to tell us we should check out ( come on guys , we knew that, we had a child with us and 4 pieces of luggage , we just were slow ) we were waiting the lift and heard this call.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent - just a short, pleasant walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring Zagreb. The room was comfortable and well-sized for the price, with all the basic amenities you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the breakfast - a delightful surprise! There was a wide variety of options, including eggs, fruits, vegetables, muesli, and more. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Zagreb. Great value, great location, and a truly satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, nice neighbourhood, short walking distance to the main square. Secure free parking (if their parking is full, there are several garages nearby where you can park, not free though). Staff was amazing! I got a room upgrade and they didn't even make a big deal out of it - this was such a great customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. Breakfast had many different options (sweet, salty, sour, gluten free on demand..). I am a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby, it was very quiet. All in all everything was great, but I will be back for the staff; they were simply wonderful.

Greeted by friendly staff, explained everything, got a room upgrade as a surprise! Hotel own and free parking facility is what made all the difference as we have been traveling by car and parking in central Zagreb can be expensive. The hotel was clean, charming (carpets throughout can be difficult to maintain) and our suite room on the 5th floor specious. The view was on the parking lot, nothing breathtaking but good for the two nights stay. Breakfast is decent with standard offering, but noticed the baby food corner which might entice some parents. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed here 7 or 8 times. Whenever we come to Zagreb, we only stay here. The rooms are older style buy always clean. The staff is always accommodating, and the parking is perfect. Central location, an amazing quality breakfast for the price. Everything is a good value overall. Over the times we've stayed, we've ways had a good experience.

Of the 7 or 8 times we've stayed, we had a rude receptionist maybe one time or two but the staff overall is great. On the high season, the price is high compared to other stuff on booking but the breakfast, parking, and staff justify that as far as we're concerned.

On arrival we received an upgrade to an executive suite which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The Hotel itself is within walking distance of the train station and a pleasant walk through the gardens to the main lower town. The room we had was excellent with plenty of room , good facilities including a large bathroom. The Hotel itself had a downstairs bar which provided free water to its quests, a nice touch. The breakfast/restaurant area was quite large and served a very good quality breakfast each morning. We would certainly stay at this Hotel again.

We booked this hotel at the end of our Croatia-Slovenia trip and it exceeded expectations. We were looking for a hotel that was primarily: quiet, central, & had secure parking included so that we could park our rental car and easily walk around (we kept the car because we had a 6A flight). This hotel was a little older (in terms of furnishings/design) but still had all amenities we needed, was very quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and even packed a bagged breakfast for us since we would miss the included breakfast (630A onwards). Parking is attached/behind the hotel through a secure gate; spots are typical "European" tight but we had no problem with our midsize car. Price is very reasonable and easy to walk around Lower Town.

The property was beautiful, clean and well located. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast provided was an impressive spread and very delicious.

My only complaint would be the power of the air conditioning which was pretty much the same throughout our European vacation. Used to American air conditioning which is rarely found in European countries that are more energy conscious. The desk was staffed 24 hours and and the gentleman on duty secured a tower fan for me which was very helpful. The air wasn’t the worst we experienced on our vacation but I am spoiled with sleeping in a freezing bedroom.
