One of the best hotels I ever was! Just amazing! From the arrval till the end - it was perfect. I know it is a brand-new hotel, but it is very clean. Rooms are top, with just perfect beds. Stuff was most amazing and they make our transfer smooth. We were in the rooftop restaurant twice, lunch and dinner. Casual fine dining, with the most amazing wine list. We will be back for sure soon. thank you all!

Sept 20 2024 The Manager is excellent. Ian was excellent. The other staff very nice too. The cleaners, Marina for breakfast and Maria. It comes from the top down. When I walked in I was so upset with Croatia. The Uber driver dropped me off on Nicola Tesla quote far from the hotel. He should not have taken the drive because Uber is not allowed to drive on this street. It is historic. I am 70. I dragged 3 luggage to the Met. No one on the sidewalk offerred to help a foreigner. I was exhausted having gone through major surgery. This was a bucket list trip. The manager took control of the situation. Brought water and had Ian take my luggage at once. The experience with the awrsome staff turned things around. I would teturn My relative booked a unit as well. We were very happy. Its about the staff. Thank-you

How Croatian people did not help a stranger. In Canada have many nice Croatian friends but in Zagreb no one stopped to adk if I need help. I am in Valencia I took the train. Strangers offered to help more than once.

Our room was superior - large, very clean & modern. The location was perfect - out the door , turn left & 1 minute you're in the centre of everything. The breakfast was very good in regards to selection & quality. In addition, you could also order off their menu & these selections were very good. The staff were extremely helpful & very pleasant at both the front desk & our breakfast server. We had a major issue with a flight cancellation affecting our arrival date & the manager was outstanding in resolving the issue to our full satisfaction despite the problem being through no fault of the hotel's.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room at this very new hotel. Top location. Breakfast in terms of quality and variety good but not outstanding with a la carte concept not an issue as such. Good value for money.

Surprisingly some flaws for a new five star hotel including: Wifi login did not work and alternative wifi network provided had weak signal and slow internet in the room and definitely not what it should be though offer to change room appreciated but doubtful if any better and thus rejected as also too much of a nuisance to change room after one night. Constant melody sound when aircon is automatically switching off and on even during the middle of the night and waking us up is simply annoying and unnecessary. Check-in staff should tell you at check-in what they do with your credit card, e.g. authorize only, charge, instead of finding out through your bank which should be self explanatory for well trained reception staff in any five star hotel.

Everything was great, the staff in the front desk is so nice and helpful, very clean rooms, excellent location, excellent service.

There was not such a thing.

The location is perfect. It is in the center of town with easy walking to major attractions. It is on a pedestrian street, but there is a park a block away for drop off and pick up. The hotel is new with lots of high-end touches, such as rain shower, wide bathroom sink with two faucets, bidet, and premium bed linens. The breakfast, which is included, is in the restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant is very stylish with indoor and outdoor seating. The buffet has a wide variety of selections and you can also order off the menu. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

We had very few complaints about the hotel. The main complaint was that the AC didn’t work. It was mid-October, so we suspect the hotel had turned off the AC. There was no way to turn down the room temperature with the wall unit or even turn on the fan. Although it was in the 50s outside, the room temperature was 76/77 degrees, even at night. We did inform the front desk but nothing changed. There is a door to a balcony and a large window that opens. However, to open both of these optimally, you need to have the curtains open. Our room looked directly across at other guest rooms and the restaurant, all of which were brightly lit up. So it wasn’t ideal to have the curtains open at night.

The hotel is brand-new and super well equipped with all that can be dreamed of. The breakfast is freshly prepared and selections can be made on a menu which will be swiftly served. When sunny the top level offers a terrace with nice view and the chance for sun. Staff is very helpful and when I arrived I didn't now about the parking procedure, but it's easy as all is valet parking and no extra fee and you can get hold of your car any time. The location is close the central pedestrian zone of the city and you need to be brave enough to drive up the street until you see the hotel drive-in. The bar is well equipped and bar-keepers are looking after you. If one wish is free - Beer on the tap would be nice to have instead of bottles only, but that is a problem in Zagreb in general.

This has nothing to do with hotel itself, but some taxi driver don't know the hotel yet and don't drive up to the entrance but stop at the next cross road. The hotel staff helps, but in case of having booked a taxi or an Uber yourself look out down the road where the driver awaits you. The windows can't be opened which I prefer but A/C was working well.

Lovely hotel in a great location and staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was great with a good choice of options and you were not rushed to leave, so could have a really leisurely start to the day. Room was light, airy and well equipped as was the bathroom.

My only complaint would be the air conditioning was not working, as the weather had been quite cold, so either have heat or air conditioning. During our stay the weather was mild and we therefore had to open the window to keep the room cool, but being on the city side the trams were running frequently till late and early in the morning, so the room was noisy. Obviously had the air con been on we would not have opened the window and the room would have been quiet peaceful. That being said it would not stop me staying here again, as everything else was superb.

The hotel is new, modern, small, clean, having central location. However I wonder how it could be 5 star hotel if there is no wellness facilities ? There is no SPA, sauna or swimming pool.

Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Some of options in buffet were not fresh, unfortunately (ham smelled, croissants were either not fresh or of poor quality, vegetables were not enough attractive to eat them)
