Aristos is a huge hotel, consisting of a several wings with rooms and restaurants. At the fourth floor there is a fitness and wellness area, both looking professional and complete. Staff is friendly and helpful, and all English speaking (very well). Rooms are large with comfy beds, several pillows to choose from, clean bathroom with shower and all amenities I would need. A small fridge is provided with (paid) drinks. The airco only made noise when the keycard was not inserted, otherwise silent, as were the rooms (pretty soundproof). Breakfast was varied, with all the usual types of food (hot, cold, fruit, bread, etc). I noticed a bit slow refill of hot food, perhaps I was having breakfast at a peak time. There are three restaurants, two of them I enjoyed my dinner. It may have been the time (18-19hr) or it's structural, but I was nearly both the only visitor in the restaurant, which felt a bit awkward. Where were the hotel guests? The hotel offers an airport taxi cheaper than taking one from the airport. It's recommended to accept the hotels' taxi offer.

The place seems deserted. Despite the many people at breakfast, I didn't see any guests in the lobby or restaurants, no 'buzz'. Resulting in a sense of total lack of atmosphere. A very odd experience. The location is a challenge: 9 km from the train/bus station in Zagreb. There is a bus-stop nearby, so not a problem reaching Zagreb city and vv, however finding the right bus is not straightforward (use line 268). Otherwise there is nothing else to dislike.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful facilities. Honestly not many complaints, the staff was nice, very close to the airport and a quick Uber ride to the centar Zagreb! A perfect location if you want a close ride for the airport but also want a quick ride to downtown. the room was clean, restroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. We will DEFINITELY be staying again!!

Only downside is there is a sign in room saying you cannot get food/ drink delivered to rooms via Bolt/volt etc or else a 20 euro fee will be given. I’m not sure if this also extends to bottled drinks/snacks purchased in a store. We were going to buy a few bottles of water at a store near by but didn’t want to risk getting a 20 euro fee.

Nice spacious room and very good breakfast. We did not make use of the spa (but it looked nice from the outside).

Minor point: no airconditioner: we found that the hotel was still on "wintersschedule" (middle of April) meaning no airco but only heating. We had a warm/sunny day and room temperature was too much. Advice from the reception: open the window to get the temperature down (we already had done so). No mention of "heating or airco only months" on the website. Reception cannot switch between heating or airco: it is what it is at that moment.

The breakfast was very nice, and the pizza place downstairs served good food. Staff were helpful when needed. Although the spa had limited opening hours, we appreciated that they kindly let us use it the next day. They also allowed free storage of the items.

The hotel didn’t have many amenities, and the lunch buffet was unavailable for hotel guests that day. In the spa, an outside guest was disruptive and made others uncomfortable—perhaps it would be better if only hotel guests had access to the spa.

We absolutely loved the hotel facilities, all the staff from housekeeping, reception, restaurant and spa were very kind, helpful and always with and smile. There was an amazing atmosphere at the hotel which we loved. The rooms were very clean and the spa was also very looked after. The food facilities from the hotel were amazing, we had everything that we needed there. Specially thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms immaculate and to Karla, Bruno, and the other blond lady from reception (sorry, I can't remember her name) for being so helpful and for looking after us and our requests.

The hotel is not far from the airport and a 10-15min walk from the US embassy. The staff was very nice and of great help about transportation. My flight was delayed and I was late for the check-in but I contacted the staff and they were very nice, understanding and flexible. The room and the bathroom are very nice, clean and spacious. There is a lot of space to put all your stuff The whole hotel is also pretty quiet.

The queen bed didn’t have one full-size duvet but two single-size duvets, which I’m not used to, but it’s not really that bad.

Pretty much everything went well, starting from the check-in which was a couple of minutes after midnight, and thus of some concern to us. The room was really spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just really good, with ingredients believed to have been procured from local food manufacturers. A very convenient location relative to the Zagreb airport too. Based on a one-night stay, I have nothing but compliments.

I cannot complain on anything in particular during my short stay in the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms equipped with everything. A large and comfortable bathroom. Excellent air conditioning. A rich and satisfying breakfast. 3 restaurants inside the hotel. We ate at the restaurant where breakfast is served, it was very tasty and satisfying. Covered parking, paid. Short travel time to the center of Zagreb. The staff we encountered, at the reception, the dining room, the spa area, very helpful, courteous, efficient and smiling. We highly recommend.

We returned here for a layover, so just one short night, but we returned because of the good memory 4 years ago. The most comfortable hotel bed we ever had! The staff is really friendly and it was important that it was close to the highway for us.

If anything, we’d prefer to have a shower and not shower in the tub. But it’s clean with enough space, so it’s also not a complaint.

I stay here every month at least 1 night, hotel is nice, they have 2 nice restaurants, room is nice size, clean, as well as the bathroom

1 thing I do not understand is how you can serve such a horrible coffee at breakfast. I travel a lot for my job, but nowhere else, or ever in my life, I tasted such a bad coffee, I like a good coffee in the morning. Try it yourself and change it I suggest
