The hotel is a good value as close to the airport as possible. With an early flight departure the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle at 4:30 in the morning. How convienent! The staff was couteous and professional and even gave me a great recommendation for dinner.

Don't expect anything fancy- but everything about this place is fine, secure and comfortable. You feel in safe hands as soon as you enter reception. Everything works. Clean room. Quiet neighbourhood. Wake up call. A 5-minute drive to the ZAG Departures Hall - or a 35 minute walk, if you prefer and have just light luggage (I walked it!). Friendly and courteous staff throughout, from the receptionist to the airport shuttle driver. Great value for money. No better overnight stop for ZAG.

Not easy to find without the use of Google Maps.

Extremely close to the airport for a great price. Friendly and helpful staff. Beyond excellent shower pressure (really strong)! There's a good restaurant (Fork) within a few steps from the hotel. If you want to explore Downtown Zagreb you can get an Uber around 18-20 euros each way.

The mattress could be better but it was ok. I would prefer no carpet in the room and sure missed having a little fridge. The only free shuttles to the airport are at 4:30 and 5:30 am. Any other time it costs 15 euros. I took an Uber and paid 12.40 euros.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Close to airport. And, my spacious room had a bathtub, perfect for a post 10-hour bus-ride soak. What made the hotel all the better? The cheerful greeting from receptionist Kristina at my late-night check-in after said 10-hour journey. Also, word was passed along to the next shift that I needed a taxi to the airport and the morning shift contacted me about that (I ultimately used Bolt for the ride). Suggestion: If you will need to eat, do so before coming to the hotel, bring food, or arrive / depart during the hours when the seemingly one walking-distance restaurant is open. When I left late the following morning, I ate at the airport. Hotel Garny Pleso served my purpose well, a one-night place to rest after a long bus ride and before flying out the next day.

Read a lot of mixed reviews for this place. Don’t be fooled, it’s a cool spot, stylish and swanky. Someone put a lot of work and vision into designing the spaces, our room was gorgeous & had a sort of ocean/underwater theme that was really nice and soothing. We only stayed there because it was close to the airport and looked okay, but it was way better than that. Facilities were quite luxurious, really nice bathroom and one of the comfiest beds we stayed in for the whole vacation. Quiet area too.

This was not really advertised, so we didn’t expect it/feel disappointed by it in any way, BUT - there is a non functioning sauna in the building. If it was operational then the place would be an absolute luxury resort. We love a sauna.

Service, cleanliness out of this world. Bathroom was spacious and a had a huge tub - nice touch! Room was basic but had everything you need. Kettle for hot water, one herbal tea bag. TV was awesome - english movies and channels. After a long day of travel before flying out in the morning - that was much appreciated! Shuttle was fantastic, on time, friendly driver - only 9 mins or less from the airport. I booked it when I checked in.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me but I have back issues and it was only one night. Felt like an old spring mattress.

Very quick and efficient check in. Car parking was available. Clean and comfortable room. Efficient simple check out.

For me personally, it was a shame that the Hotel didn't serve food. I did know this beforehand. So it did not spoil anything for me. I found an evening meal nearby.

The stay was very nice, very helpful staff and room was very clean. The area is very close to the airport with just 2 bus stops away. The reception staff also helped in arranging the transportation to the airport post midnight. Overall a lovely stay and very recommended for families.

Free airport shuttle is limited to early morning (4:30 and 5:30 if I remember correctly) which worked well for me but is something to keep in mind. Hotel is close to the airport so a taxi/uber/bolt is cheaper than their shuttle at other times, if you can get one.

The bed was much too soft for me. That said, if you like soft beds this might just be the bed for you.

The hotel and staff at the hotel were top notch and helped me get to my room quickly. Staff also helped me get a taxi to the airport quick and easy.

Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, my neighbor was on his phone whenever I would wake up and I could hear the whole conversation, he was also a loud snorer. I'm a heavy sleeper so it did not disturb my sleep, but I could see this as a problem for someone else.
