Absolutely fabulous breakfast and staff so friendly and obliging

Like everyone else, using as a hotel close to the airport. Great location, about 30min walk from the terminal, was able to drop off the rental car and walk it. Staff was excellent. Restaurant on site was excellent as well. Very easy transport in the early am was arranged for us. Blackout windows.

It was a bit noisy. We could hear people coming in/out thru the night and did lose some sleep to it. We were the closed room to the lobby, so maybe other rooms don't have this issue? Or maybe it was just the people there that stay. Not soundproof. Really high tub/shower step, wasn't safe for my older parent.

The hotel is in a small neighbourhood close to the airport, only 3kms but you must get a ride which they can organize for 15Euro per way. The room was very nice and comfortable with a huge bathroom and shower with great water pressure. I was in room 203 and it was very quiet. The ac worked well and was subtle and quiet as well. It was nice to have breakfast included and was adequate. You have to get the waiters attention to get a coffee. The young man(waiter) managing the breakfast was also the waiter at dinner. He seemed to be doing everything himself and worked so hard. Shoutout to him! We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant the night we arrived although the waiter was running off his feet managing at least 10 tables! The food was excellent and half the price of any other restaurant we had been to in all the cities we visited. It was a perfect last night meal, I would highly recommend!

Front desk lady didn't seem very welcoming or friendly. We couldn't figure out the TV, it was all in Croatian, 2 remotes, one didn't seem to do anything although the light went on so it did have power.

Great location for transiting to our next destination. Very friendly staff. We arrived well before check in. The woman in reception went out of her way to get a room cleaned and ready for us. After a 30 hour journey from Australia we really needed a rest. While that was happening she organised that we could access the breakfast we wouldn’t have the next day as we were leaving before breakfast. Coffee would have been enough but they went one step further. Also had a restaurant on site meaning we didn’t have to spend a lot of money going onto the town for food.

The room had a very deep bath to access the shower. At our age not ideal but we got into the room early so we can understand that may have had something to do with it.

Their restaurant was exceptional as was our server. We were only there for dinner. Had to leave at 4AM.

Booking charged me for this room and so did the hotel. There was nothing on my confirmation that Booking.com would charge me for this room. I have tried to correct it with Booking.com but they won't reply to my problem. Now I had to go to my credit card company to try and stop payment to Booking.com. As long as they won't assist with my problem I'll have to do my bookings with another company. Be Careful and check your statements.

Close to airport. Nice bathroom and food in restaurant was tasty the night before our departure.

The beds were too soft and the pillows need to be replaced-lumpy. Could not get the air conditioning to work=gave out heat instead of cold air. (We were not sure how to contact front desk on the phone. No directions) We just opened the window which helped. Our flight was early so we could not get any breakfast or coffee before our shuttle arrived.

Really liked that is close to the airport, we took an Uber and got there pretty quick. Loved the breakfast and the restaurant food was delicious and very well served, we ordered food for 2 but could easily have shared it with 2 more people. Room was comfortable, clean and very quiet even considering that it is super close to the airport.

Could not walk to the hotel from airport which I already expected. However, when hotel is close like this to the airport I usually expect to have a free shuttle which wasn´t the case. This didn´t have an impact however since Uber is very good and cheap in Croatia and we used that. Another thing is that due to airport schedules sometimes hotels close to the airport have very early breakfast and food options outside regular hours which I don´t think was the case but didn´t affect us. The view of the room is of the parking lot of the hotel, not great. I also expected to have a better place for remote work within the lobby but we stayed at the Coffee Bar and it was fine enough. Not so quiet though and not with so many power outlets available but it worked for us.

It’s on a great location close to the Zagreb international airport, just few minutes away.The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it and we will stay there again for sure.The restaurant offers on menu a great selection of food for everyone ,including the kids menu as well. The breakfast was included in the price also, and it had a great selection of food to choose from. We are happy to be staying there on our next time we come to Zagreb for sure !

We were a group of 16 completely let down and stitched up by RyanAir with zero comms after a departure gate check in out of Sarajevo. After an 8 hour mini coach trip to Zagreb we were scattered across flights back to Uk. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. They made a really difficult situation 100% easier.

It was all exactly as described.

The hotel was a one-night-stop on our way from Bulgaria to Italy and actually it was a very good choice - close to the highway and the airport, our room was clean and comfortable, the lady on the reception and the waiter at the restaurant were very gentle and supportive. The service at the restaurant and the food were OK. Definitely we'll be back there when travelling to Western Europe by car.

Nothing to complain about, just the coffee at the breakfast could be better :).
