Beautiful hotel, beautiful facilities. Honestly not many complaints, the staff was nice, very close to the airport and a quick Uber ride to the centar Zagreb! A perfect location if you want a close ride for the airport but also want a quick ride to downtown. the room was clean, restroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. We will DEFINITELY be staying again!!

Only downside is there is a sign in room saying you cannot get food/ drink delivered to rooms via Bolt/volt etc or else a 20 euro fee will be given. I’m not sure if this also extends to bottled drinks/snacks purchased in a store. We were going to buy a few bottles of water at a store near by but didn’t want to risk getting a 20 euro fee.

Nice spacious room and very good breakfast. We did not make use of the spa (but it looked nice from the outside).

Minor point: no airconditioner: we found that the hotel was still on "wintersschedule" (middle of April) meaning no airco but only heating. We had a warm/sunny day and room temperature was too much. Advice from the reception: open the window to get the temperature down (we already had done so). No mention of "heating or airco only months" on the website. Reception cannot switch between heating or airco: it is what it is at that moment.

We absolutely loved the hotel facilities, all the staff from housekeeping, reception, restaurant and spa were very kind, helpful and always with and smile. There was an amazing atmosphere at the hotel which we loved. The rooms were very clean and the spa was also very looked after. The food facilities from the hotel were amazing, we had everything that we needed there. Specially thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms immaculate and to Karla, Bruno, and the other blond lady from reception (sorry, I can't remember her name) for being so helpful and for looking after us and our requests.

The hotel is not far from the airport and a 10-15min walk from the US embassy. The staff was very nice and of great help about transportation. My flight was delayed and I was late for the check-in but I contacted the staff and they were very nice, understanding and flexible. The room and the bathroom are very nice, clean and spacious. There is a lot of space to put all your stuff The whole hotel is also pretty quiet.

The queen bed didn’t have one full-size duvet but two single-size duvets, which I’m not used to, but it’s not really that bad.

Pretty much everything went well, starting from the check-in which was a couple of minutes after midnight, and thus of some concern to us. The room was really spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just really good, with ingredients believed to have been procured from local food manufacturers. A very convenient location relative to the Zagreb airport too. Based on a one-night stay, I have nothing but compliments.

I cannot complain on anything in particular during my short stay in the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms equipped with everything. A large and comfortable bathroom. Excellent air conditioning. A rich and satisfying breakfast. 3 restaurants inside the hotel. We ate at the restaurant where breakfast is served, it was very tasty and satisfying. Covered parking, paid. Short travel time to the center of Zagreb. The staff we encountered, at the reception, the dining room, the spa area, very helpful, courteous, efficient and smiling. We highly recommend.

I stay here every month at least 1 night, hotel is nice, they have 2 nice restaurants, room is nice size, clean, as well as the bathroom

1 thing I do not understand is how you can serve such a horrible coffee at breakfast. I travel a lot for my job, but nowhere else, or ever in my life, I tasted such a bad coffee, I like a good coffee in the morning. Try it yourself and change it I suggest

Rooms are good and big, a bit outdated but comfortable! Had a bit of issues with WIFI. Breakfast was not very good to be honest. Spa is great, jakuzzi, saunas, tea and fruits and relaxing zone! Massages are also highly recommended. Facilities need rennovation. There is a Steak reaustarant nearby, it is superb! Staff is great and professional! The photos of food are from the cafe and steak restaurant!

Furniture is old. Wifi problems. Breakfast and in dining is not good.

Big rooms, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Because we had two separate bookings for the hotel, we stayed in one of the newly built rooms for five days, which was very nice and functional. Then, we moved to a renovated "luxury" room in the old building, which unfortunately did not meet any luxury standards.. The location of the hotel is o.k. if you want to have quick access to the highway, but it is around 15-20 minutes from Zagreb centre by taxi, which is inconvenient if one doesn't have a car. There are no amenities near the hotel except for a little snack bar with good food and drinks and great service.

A very good hotel with a good location. Especially for guests passing through Zagreb.

The mini bar was locked even though I validated my credit card when checking in the room. When I called reception from the room, they told me that I had to come down and additionally validate the card. A rather unpleasant feeling. My advice to the hotel is to inform the guests beforehand, especially the guests who are Booking Genius 3 members.
