I got an upgraded room which was much bigger than what I booked and the bathroom was also nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. Most of the staff were kind and were always willing to help, especially the housekeeping staff; they ironed my suit without hesitation.

The night receptionist named Marko was very rude and he questioned my English. I asked him if I could have still water and he said that it’s not called still water but natural mineral water. I told him that that’s a synonym and he denied my statement.

I booked for eleven people; in general, the rooms were very good but with a certain degree of variability, with some being better than the others. The hotel itself was very nice with a restaurant, private garden and underground private parking (15 euros a day per vehicle). Breakfast was good and varied, served from 7 to 10 a.m.; the position was also good since in 20 minutes we could walk to the city center.

I had a great stay at Hotel Slisko and truly liked everything. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long trip. I really appreciated the early check-in offered by the friendly and professional staff; it made a big difference. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with enough options to satisfy different tastes. It was a great way to start the day. As for the location, it’s very well placed — close to the main bus station, public transport, and just a short walk from shops and cafes. It’s convenient whether you're in Zagreb for transit or to explore the city. Overall, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and would happily recommend Hotel Slisko to others!

Cozy hotel next to the business area of Zagreb. Good amenities and value for money. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

The pillows were not very comfortable. My room was next to the cleaner's room and I could hear them from early in the morning. You have to keep the water running for a few mins to get it hot enough for a shower.

Breakfast is amazing, many things to choose from in the buffet. Location is even better - it's a less than 10 minute walk to the bus station which was amazing for us since we had a bus to catch the next morning. The room was alright, just like in the pictures, very clean and perfect for a good sleep. The staff is very kind, helpful and fast. 10/10, can't wait to stay here again. Oh and the lobby is gorgeous.

Great location relative to the bus stop and only a short walk to the old city. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast. The place had a bit of character.

The hotel has quiet location with easy access from the highway. The room was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. It was little bit cold in the room but the staff fixed it after we have complained. The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with enough variety.

The wifi in our room was weak and unstable.

We had such a great one night stay here! All the staff we came into contact with were super friendly. We arrived and they kindly upgraded us to a bigger room! We were also able to pay for a late check out which was really super helpful as we had a late flight home. The lobby is really lovely and there is a pizza place that’s attached to the hotel (which had great pizza!) There is also a nice bar/coffee place at the back of the hotel - I think it was called Green Bar - which was lovely too! Room was spacious and clean!

The staff is super friendly and speaks English fluently. Location is 20-30 minutes walk from the city center. A very nice walk through Zagreb indeed. Hotel is situated in an area with living buildings from one side and modern office buildings from the other. The place looks calm and safe. The pizza in the restaurant is very delicious. The breakfast is good - offers everything I would need. Rooms are not very spacious but clean and with comfortable beds. The hotel offers all the basics you would need for a short stay in Zagreb.

Just two things to mention: - the restaurant does not offer local beer brands :) - Parking places within the building are limited. If you insist on them - communicate this with the hotel in advance. There are many options for parking on the streets, probably paid.

The hotel had everything I needed during my brief stay in Zagreb. It is close to the main bus station. I asked for a quiet room and got the one overlooking the backyard side. The bed was comfortable, so I had a good night's rest. The reception staff were both kind and efficient during check-in and check-out. The breakfast selection seemed quite good (nice touch to add local 'strukli'), but I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. The hotel is also within walking distance of the city center (approx. 30-minute walk to the main square) and there is a supermarket nearby.

The room had a faint smell, which I suspect came from the wall-to-wall carpet. Despite being clean, this type of flooring often has a distinct smell that some people dislike. Additionally, the room was quite narrow (e.g., I couldn’t watch TV from the bed) but it didn’t bother me much.
