Hotel is located near the main bus station in Zagreb and there is also a tram station nearby. The lady at the reception was really nice. Rooms were clean and modern. The minibar was free to use.

The second night we did not have warm water, which is really not acceptable. The street can get loud at times, windows could be sealed better, but it was not a big deal.

Loved this hotel, beautifully decorated with great use of space. Shower was great and our room had a front and back balcony. Staff were really nice and helpful. Wifi was quick and no issues connecting. Franjo on reception was awesome and exceptionally helpful with our bags and information.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze with limited space but was free so no real complaint. Only a suggestion and not a complaint but we were very limited on the use of the balconies during our stay as it was raining most of the time. Maybe a roll out awning or even a large patio umbrella could let the balcony be used to make it accessible in any weather?

The room faces a very busy street. This makes the bedroom very loud, sounded like the window was open when it wasn't, although I know this can't necessarily be helped, maybe perhaps with more soundproofing/thicker curtains. The beds were also two seperate single beds despite requesting a double room, which were not fully connected to each other. The location is a little further out from the city centre, but accessible by frequent trams from both sides. It is very close to the bus station if you are taking a bus as part of your journey I would highly recommend it.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through Zagreb. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is new, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the wonderful woman at the reception desk. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our stay. She was attentive, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Even though our visit was short, the combination of a beautiful hotel and such excellent service left a lasting impression. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Everything was great. No complaints.

This property was very close to the bus station where I came in and left from. It was walking distance and very close to the Tran to easily access the city tourist sites. The two women at the front desk were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful. I received a very good recommendation for dinner at a local food establishment and the food was excellent. They helped me manage my luggage even for two days after I checked out. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in after three weeks of travel in Europe. My stay could not have been better!

Good location. About 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. It is also near to the tram station going to the old town by Tram #6. There was a Tommy Supermarket behind the hotel within 5-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and well equipped. The facilities look new as well. There was heating on the bathroom floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The reception is only available from 6am to 11pm. The shower screen is a bit small and water tended to splash to the dry area, but it wasn't a big deal.

Everything was perfect reception very kind rooms couldn’t be cleaner and very nicely decorated there is right across the street a great bakery so you can have breakfast also there is a supermarket for anything you might need ,city centre is like half and hour on foot for me it was okey cause I got to see the city better.

The only tip if you choose the rooms with the balcony just make sure it ain’t France style but a regular one with table and chairs .

Very spacious rooms, with high ceilings. Very clean. Super nice and helpful staff. There is a breakfast place 5 minutes walk away from the hotel - in the opposite direction from the bus station (there is no breakfast on site). There is complimentary water and Cola in the fridge. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel.

It is true what other guests say - you can hear the street. That said, we had absolutely no problems with falling asleep.

this hotel was located on the edge of the Zagreb City center with excellent public transport tram and national bus station just outside the hotel. Parking is avaliable at the hotel but only if you book in advance. It is a short 5 minute walk from the concert venue Tvornica Kultura which is why we were staying at this lovely hotel. We will book the next time we are going to another concert.

2 minutes walk to&from Central bus station. One Tram No. 6 to City centre. Free Mini Bar, Kettle, Tea etc in room. The big balcony, i am saying it's big, well where I stayed, and view to street. Glass has soundproof, nice bathroom, love the big table in room and separate cupboard behind bedrooms and spacey. Overall, the it's modern building, is all look new. I love most are doors in building, just because I am a door person ☺️
