Really nice staff (e.g. we asked for some more coffee and got lots, parking lot is right there). Very close to tram stops that lead into the city center, otherwise it’s also easily reachable by walking

The room is very large and comfortable. Everything felt new, the shower and AC worked perfectly. They were extremely accomodating (giving us more time to exit the room so we didn't have to wait in the city for our flight).

Missed having shampoo as part of the room, just shower gel, we had to buy our own and leave it behind (couldn't find a bottle that would be allowed in cabin). Be aware that the reception is not manned 24/7, but they answer questions on Booking.com very rapidly.

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and excellent location very close to the main bus station where I arrived from the airport. Free coffee and a kettle in the room. Two supermarkets just a minute away. Caffe Bumerang at the end of the street towards the bus station was nice.

Written information in the room about the WiFi password (and the TV) would have been helpful. The owner provided the password on the second day in response to my message, but I had no access for the first day and night, which was an inconvenience when travelling for work. The owner also sent information about how to switch on the TV, but I could not operate it with the remote controls.

The location turned out to be ideal. The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to a commercial zone with very good restaurants, supermarkets and a major public transport hub. It really couldn't be better.

Location was a little far away from the city center, but there was a tram stop near by. Small supermarket and a cafe and a bus station was also near. Hotel looked new and a receptionist was really nice. Really peaceful area. Bed and a pillow was really comfortable.

Missing a small fridge in the room.

Good location, we only needed to stay in Zagreb for 1 night before getting a bus early the next morning. Sandra, the room manager was great, some of the best service I've experienced throughout my travels. Very attentive and caring. I would stay there again just because of Sandras service.

Located close to bus station but 20 minute walk through traffic to city sights. Good bed and hot shower. Security blinds on the outside of windows if you want to use them. Free to come and go. Sandra was excellent. Text message received to make sure everything was still OK on day 2. Plenty of towels and soaps.The TV in room 3 does what it wants - tough to figure out. Restricted to 10 different channels.

Need a bin in the bedroom. Maybe a couple of tea bags?
