Very friendly and competent staff. The service was perfect! The breakfast is nice and you have a good choice . The proximity to the airport and the shuttle-possibility (to a really correct price) are a real plus.

The only negative point was the noise made by some guests in the corridors of the Hotel in the late evening and early morning...it was too loud to ignore. But that was really the only thing, The rest was perfect.

Good location,beds are comfortable,room was clearn .Very quiet, no noise.Excellent car park (plenty of free parking spaces) and very easy to find hotel if travel from any direction.Hotels breakfast was very good.Receptionist lady Lucija was very welcoming and helpful.The Lady Snjezana who works during breakfast and at the same time in hotels bar was excellent and very polite,beyond expectation.The hotels management has to be proud of having both lady.

It would be nice to leave the vehicle on a parking lot and pick if up after the trip. Seems to be difficult and not enough space.

Everything was amazing

Close to the motorway. Clean and pretty new.

Dinner was simply terrible.

I liked that there was a supermarket close by that was only a short walk away very convenient.

I wish there were more restaurants/ food options we got hungry but didn’t have a car so that was a little unfortunate. I also wish the tv in the room was updated. Majority of the channels were for European countries in their native languages which we did not understand like German Italian etc. it would’ve been nice to just be able to use Netflix or something like that.

I was happy that we were able to get drinks from the bar when we checked in rather late. The staff was terrific! In particular, when my husband and I had to wait an extra two hours for our ride to pick us up after we had checked out, the receptionist kept checking on us and offering coffee and chocolates. She was so kind and went way beyond any exceptions.

The breakfast experience on the one morning we ate there wasn't great. But that was because there was a large, noisy tour group monopolizing the food and coffee machine. On the plus side, I was able to get a nice cup of cappuccino at the bar -- once again, thanks to a kind, helpful staff member.

Staff very friendly and responsive. Great location, close to airport. Hotel and room were modern, comfortable, clean, bright. Beds very comfortable. Nice room lighting, though a bit tricky to figure out.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, but was mediocre in quality. Not enough pillows or blankets. Staff was able to provide extra but still not enough.

It is near airport and for the one that has fligh very early in morning is very convenient.

We had to leave in 06.30 and could not take breakfast and we receive breakfast on pack. For 4 star hotel and for sure they have a lot of people that are not able to take breakfast because of fligh, they could make a more better box for breakfast. Sandwiches with sweet bread is not a good option.
