We're really happy with our stay in the hotel. The hotel has private parking. The rooms were way more than what we were expecting. We had one room with two beds - but it was way more spacious than some expensive hotels. We actually had two rooms in an apartment with two huge terraces(balconies). Nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant was closed, but they helped us order some food and they allowed us to have our dinner in the restaurant. We were more than happy! We had a nice little stay as we were only for one night but the experience can't be explained in a couple of sentences. The staff was really nice, friendly and super helpful. We had to check out early so we didn't have time for breakfast, but I guess it would've been nice too🙂 We already recommended the hotel to our friends and they're looking to book it. We stayed at this hotel in Zagreb, conveniently located right by the highway entrance, which made our arrival very easy. The property was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Even though we arrived late, well after reception hours, the hosts kindly arranged a smooth check-in for us, which was a wonderful surprise and truly appreciated. The rooms were beautifully maintained—spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long journey. The entire place was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for rest and recovery after hours on the road. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that combines convenience, comfort, and such a personal touch. Highly recommended for anyone passing through or staying in Zagreb!

Everything was fine here. Big and clean room with very good bed and a standard bathroom that was completely sufficient for two-nights stay along the trip. I especially enjoyed the balcony on the south side of the 2nd floor! The breakfast is above average and really very good, with a large selection of fresh and high-quality products and would be exactly the reason for me to stay here again on future trips. Friendly staff, secure parking at the courtyard of the house and WiFi worked very well. The location is good for travelers who want to quickly get back to the VERY nearby highway.

Clean, well maintained hotel. Good sized room with comfortable beds. The included breakfast had good options and the quality and taste of the items was good. It was located close to the motorway but far enough away to be quiet.

There were not a lot of amenities in the room and the quality of the bathroom linens was just ok. Great for a one night stay before the airport but not a place I would want to spend more than a couple of nights.

As frequent travellers Magdalena is one of the exceptional hotels we have stayed in! The hotel is exceptionally clean. The owners management and its staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and went the extra mile to meet the guests needs. The breakfast was amazing and nutritional! We loved everything about the property!

Just one word for the staff- Amazing! Our daughter left a wet skirt behind in the hotel, the staff retrieved it, dried it and are making out-of-their-way arrangements to send it to our next destination. Next, we had to leave early for Plitvice Lakes National Park in the morning and hence were unable to make it for the hotel's breakfast. The staff packed 3 lovely lunch bags for us - bottled water, yoghurt, fruits, and 2 packs of ham and cheese sandwiches per person. They had thoughtfully included disposable cutlery and napkins in each bag as well. As for the hotel accomodation, it is a new-build, very clean and of good size for our family of 3 adults. Parking is free and easily available. The hotel is also near the highway and so this is a very convenient base to travel out. All in, highly recommended for the staff service and comfortable stay.

This is a modern hotel situated outside of Zagreb had a bus stop nearby and commute to the city is about 45 mins . There is a mall nearby about 20 mins walk and a small grocery story about 5 mins walk. Good breakfast staff extremely friendly .

Other than May be the location which is in a field I don’t have anything say negative on this property . Our particular room had a prob with the ac or May be in fall hotels don’t switch on the ac I don’t know so we ended up opening the window and there are mosquitoes in the area which gets in and affects the sleep. Hence the locational disadvantage.

My friends and I loved this hotel! The first thing we noticed was the nice smell there is everywhere in this hotel - even the towels smell good! We had a triple room and we all had a comfortable single bed (no sofa beds like some other hotels). We appreciated the fact that we could not hear other guests from our room. The staff were very helpful and even provided one of us with gluten free bread and dairy free milk. The breakfast is really good and varied. Something else we noticed was that there were some toys which children could make use of during breakfast. The property also has free parking in front of the hotel.

The only thing we noticed was that the hotel is a bit far away from the city center, although this was not a problem for us since we had our own car.

The hotel is very close to the motorway so if you’re only passing through Zagreb as we were it’s a great option. The highlight for me was super friendly staff, they went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a large selection of foods. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

The only downside for us was that the air conditioning in the room was not very good at cooling the room down, even on the lowest setting.
