The host was very accommodating and kind! The breakfast exceeded our expectations and kept us full until after 12pm! The only downside is that the our room did have some little scratches to it - the wall was dirty and the bathtub didn’t have a shower curtain so it got wet quite fast. You have to be prepared to park on a hill, as the building is located there. We had an amazing sleep in the beds, they were super comfy! The room was very quiet-no outside noice from the mail street and if traveling by car, you get to the city center in no time.

For some reason, the bathtub was filled with water when we arrived at our room - most likely due to cleaning, but was a little striking at first.

Host always at your disposal and the place is spotless!

Breakfast is super small portion that it cannot be smaller. They used to have a restaurant before, now they just leave a tiny basket in front of the door, and that's it, take it or leave it.

The rooms were excellent, spacious and well maintained. The host upgraded me and my guests to executive suite. which was unexpected and greatly welcomed. Electronic access for late night arrivals is greatly welcomed and clear instructions made weary travellers happy. The breakfast was great, healthy and very wholesome. Did not expect that for the amount of money paid, so definitely much higher value for money,. The host provided quality ritual bath products, very heavenly. Highly recommended for a quick stop in Zagreb and then onward travel to the rest of beautiful Croatia.

There are two ways to access the property, GPS takes you behind the property, so its best to use the main road access. Host anticipated this and wrote clear instructions on how to reach property, much appreciated for midnight arrivals.

Breakfast was very nice. The location is out of city centre, yet with convenient parking in front. Although it is on the main road, it is not loud and we slept really well. Check-in was easy and instructions clear. Good value and very clean and tidy.

For the owner to make a glass shower door instead of plastic curtain. Curtain tends to stick on you when showering. It's an easy fix and there is just enough space to squeeze a door in. Would have rated it 10/10 if that was done.

The room was luxury and very clean. The breakfast was rich. The hotel is next to railway, but we didn’t hear anything in the night and that’s was ok

We came by the night and in the rain and We find the building very hard in the dark and there was no lights in the staircase and it was scary. Nobody answer by the phone and this really wasn’t ok. Everything in the room was all right, but the whole impression wasn’t good

Location was great, the size of the room was great too.

Breakfast could be a little bit different every day. It should be more dishes and especially glasses (2 glasses for wine and only one normal glass for drink for 2 persons). They could leave toilet paper because for more that 1 night it wasn't enough toiler paper. There were no napkin for wiping the dishes and no paper towels...

The room was nice, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff from the restaurant were kind to me when I was struggling and assisted me in figuring things out. I did not have any cell service and so I didn’t have the booking information from the email. It was late in the evening after a long international flight. Their help was much appreciated.

The binder with the hotel information was in the dresser drawer along with the AC remote. We couldn’t figure out how to adjust it. Those seem like items that should be setting out in the desk for easy access. I’m not thinking about rummaging through drawers to find information.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Breakfast in bed was a pleasant surprise! Got a chance to meet our host, and she was very nice and helpful! Thank you !

Some natural wear and tear was visible throughout the apartment, but nothing too serious. The room was missing spoons to stir the coffee . As you can see, I'm having trouble finding bad things to say!

The location. You need to use tram and bus to reach The room was noisy due to the road. Shower was not easy. The space is tight, you can not put shower head on top and the curtain is sticky There are ketttle and coffee machine but no capsules and tea bags
