This is not our first time that we stay at Hotel Blue, whenever in Zagreb this is our first choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Considering the parking problem one may have while staying in Zagreb, this hotel has its parking spaces available for some extra charge. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast is served with plenty of food, snacks and beverages.

Maja from the front desk team was a real star! She took care of us, gave us a wonderful room, found a food delivery for us when every single place was already closed, ordered it and brought it up to our room! I couldn't find hair conditioner and she made sure to find a small bottle for me. Maja is exceptional and went above and beyond! Thank you for the amazing experience in Zagreb :)

The location is a bit far from the center and all shops and restaurants shut down at about 9 or 10. We took this location because it was close to a car rental agency.

The hotel experience would benefit from an elevator upgrade, ensuring smoother and more efficient vertical transportation for guests. Additionally, enhancing the visibility and accessibility of the garage entrance would contribute to a more seamless arrival experience, addressing concerns and improving overall convenience for visitors.

Nice room, friendly service, convenient and wide parking space, very good location next to the tram stop, from which there were regular trams to the center.

The door could be slightly tighter to protect against sounds from the corridor, but it was not a significant problem.

Lovely location and the staff was very welcoming. Bonus points for the parking lot being right next to the hotel (supervised parking). Diversified breakfast, suitable for all tastes. The room was lovely and confortable.
