Great staff-they will do everything for you to feel great there(even I was checked out they give me 2h of free pool to recover from 3day and 3 SPARTAN races until I was waiting for my flight that night)-big THANKS for that!It mean I lot for me! Breakfast was great also-local dishes,local food,good coffe,big plus for watermelon and pineapple!Room was big and nice,quiet at night.Hotel is close to 2 big shopping centres also plus!

I did not like that I stay there just for 2 days but I will correct that"mistake"next time when I come to Zagreb ;)

The bed was very comfortable (especially to those who love a harder mattress) and the room was very big. All amenities were exactly what was needed. The staff were super helpful and professional. Excellent breakfast! The hotel provided a free parking place exactly opposite the property, 2 min walk. It took 20 min drive to the center, but totally worth staying at this hotel. A big thank you for the upgrade they provided us.

While my overall experience at Grand Hotel Zagreb was positive, there was one aspect that I found slightly disappointing. Despite the luxurious offerings of the wellness center, it was surprising to discover that additional charges applied to the spa and sauna facilities. Only the pool was available for complimentary use. I believe that for a hotel of this caliber, guests might expect more all-inclusive wellness amenities.

Location near the highway and just 6km outside of Zagreb. A nearby shopping centre too. Very delicious and rich breakfast. Free parking & SPA too! We were 4 family members and booked 2 twin rooms. When we arrived at the hotel around 20:30, we didn't know that in the room price it was included also the swimmin pool, fitness and jakuzzi, but the Reception lady told us herself that we can use them for free until 10 P.M. which was very welcoming to us after many hours of driving. In general, the Hotel has everything and it's simply - perfect. Highly recommended from us!!!

I loved the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, especially in the aperitif bar. I was extremely well served by the staff at the bar and all the praise is due because they are very professional in doing their job. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it is very easy to surrender to the peace of the hotel. the wellness oasis is at the high level of the zen mind. Very professional staff will welcome you with a smile and guide you in using the wellness area. The rooms are very clean and tidy and smell nice after the room is cleaned. Thank you for your service and kindness. The food is very tasty and varied and the staff is there for you if you need anything. Creaking of chairs at breakfast. My suggestion is that the hotel installs either a soft floor or soft chair legs so that when the guests finish eating and move the chair away from the table, there will not be so much noise. I believe that there must be peace while eating.

Very clean , great staff

Depending on just few reviews we didnt know where we are coming, but it exceeded our expectations! The hotel is very new and therefore modern. It is very clean, and keep it mind we are very picky. The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially waitress make you feel valued. We had delicious dinner, fish menu, in their restaurant Zagreb. Breakfast is great, everyone finds something for himself. Also great atmosphere at Aperitive bar, very cozy! We highly recommend this hotel!

-Not a single bottle of free of charge water in the room, which is a bit funny in that category hotel called "Grand Hotel" -No kettle in the room Also, it is worth noticing that if you want to go to the city center, it takes about an hour and it's a bit complicated (requires a 20 minutes walk and taking a tram) if you use public transportation. Better take Uber/Bolt, cost is 6-8 euros.

Hotel seemed to be new and nicely decorated. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Staff that worked on reception was really helpful and hospitable. Would like to mention Mario at the reception who helped me what few items i needed during my stay. Gym was nicely equipped and functional. Breakfast had a great variety of food for everyone taste. Bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
