The room was very clean and spacious. It’s very easy to walk to the center. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff is nice as well.

They advertise with free parking but we ended up parking on some parking lot in the street for 40 euros because all garages nearby are also full.

The location is very central, but there is a free secured parking - very useful if you travel by car. The breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The evening receptionist (man) was very friendly and helpful.

The lady at the reception in the morning was not so friendly. The AC in the room was quite loud.

Such a nice old-fashioned hotel, we liked the room although it wasnt super warm inside during our stay .

The staff at the reception and restaurant should be more polite , the man at the reception was a kind of unattentive , told us the same things 4 times…funny , specially if the whole stay was paid in advance. The man (waiter i suppose) during the breakfast started to close pots while i was taking food , and took away the champaigne right before my face 😂 when i asked : “wait a little please “ he gasped, put the bottle back and told me “enjoy”…. 🤪i am a travel expert and have never seen such attitude in s good hotel before :) The last thing we didnt like was that they started to call right at 12 am to tell us we should check out ( come on guys , we knew that, we had a child with us and 4 pieces of luggage , we just were slow ) we were waiting the lift and heard this call.

Amazing location, nice neighbourhood, short walking distance to the main square. Secure free parking (if their parking is full, there are several garages nearby where you can park, not free though). Staff was amazing! I got a room upgrade and they didn't even make a big deal out of it - this was such a great customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. Breakfast had many different options (sweet, salty, sour, gluten free on demand..). I am a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby, it was very quiet. All in all everything was great, but I will be back for the staff; they were simply wonderful.

On arrival we received an upgrade to an executive suite which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The Hotel itself is within walking distance of the train station and a pleasant walk through the gardens to the main lower town. The room we had was excellent with plenty of room , good facilities including a large bathroom. The Hotel itself had a downstairs bar which provided free water to its quests, a nice touch. The breakfast/restaurant area was quite large and served a very good quality breakfast each morning. We would certainly stay at this Hotel again.

Comfortable spacious room. Breakfast superb - amazing spread. Good location for walking around main attractions. On site parking. Note that you have to check in first as car park has secure gate. Receptionist provides all instructions. There is a small lay-by in front of hotel for parking whilst you check in. If you are unlucky enough to arrive at a busy time and the lay-by is full you will probably have to drive round the block until a space becomes available!

Minor niggle was that the water temperature during shower wasn't stable. It went from warm to cold to hot. Mind you, my own shower at home does that occasionally, so it's probably not controllable.

Close to center with free parking. Staff were so friendly and gave us upgrade to larger room when they saw us check in with our little one. Breakfast plentiful and the hotel itself is traditionally decorated with high quality furniture. Parking is located at the rear of the hotel and access with a foot key card so pull up at the front of the hotel and check in first (there is a small lay-by to leave your car while checking in).

Reservation of car park not possible ahead of time, which was fine for us as there was space when we arrived but I imagine could be pretty tricky especially in high season.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the lower town with the cathedral as a landmark.. Good free parking and very secure. Your gps may take you to the parking lot. You will have to keep going around to park at the front of the hotel and check in. Your room key will let you access the parking area. Good breakfast and staff very helpful. Everyone very pleasant. Some lovely sitting areas in the lobby as well as in the bar.

It’s an older hotel which is still lovely and very elegant but don’t expect totally modern or redone.

I strongly recomand this Hotel. Hotel is 5 or 6 floors and has elevator. We were several times in Zagreb, but this Hotel was the best for a lot of reasons. Hotel is near center (square) 5-10 minutes walking. You will park your car in garage and everything is near Hotel. It has own private parking (free of charge) open garage. When we arrived they said that they reservate the parking number 14 for us (becouse we traveled by car). We reservated a standard room, but the hotel gived us a room which was like presidential room. The workers (recepcion, kitchen, loby) was wery kind. They helped us about parking, or in kitchen when we asked for more explaination. The breakfast was more then expected. You have everything (soft drinks, milk, springled water, different caffe, cakes, even champain), a lot of fruits, diferent meets etc. For that money, we couldn’t find many times in outside of Zagreb (10km). Rooms are wery clean and you have everything and they definitly deserve 5 stars for they rooms.

When you arrived, you will see that there is nothing wrong.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally comfortable, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better, offering the convenience of free, secured parking, which is a huge plus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the city. It's within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and famous monuments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience.
