The studio apartment was very nice, modern and comfortable. It had air conditioning, definitely a must as it was so hot. Property was very clean, had everything we needed. It was in the city center and we could walk around everywhere, close to the shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and transportation.

Being in the city center, it did get a little bit loud at night with the music playing in the bars till early morning hours.

The best part is location, which cannot be better than this in Zagreb. The room is also well furnished, with kitchen and washing machine (no dryer, though) in it. The check in was very smooth, through code which the staff communicated on whatsApp beforehand, so absolutely no interaction with the management team. The good part, the taxi will take you just 100 feet away from the apartment from where pedestrian zone of the city starts. You find the best of eateries, bakeries, all shopping stores and places of interest withing a walking distance of a minute or two. Even the upper town is very near

The lift is quite small and old fashioned. Some of the crockeries kept in the room were not properly cleaned presumably by the previous occupant.

It was a difficult place to find and only when staff in a local bookshop helped me did the person come to let me into the property. The advertised picture is deceiving as it is not actually on the square depicted although it is very close. The taxi would not drop me there as he said it was pedestrian only zone but I found out later that taxis are exceptions to this along with delivery vehicles.

Clearer advertising. I had no idea there would be no concierge so it was a tricky place to find. Maybe say the entrance is opposite a certain business premises.

The location was excellent and apartment nice, clean and roomy. Perfect for city stay we loved it.

The pillows could do with being replaced and perhaps a few essentials like a small milk, soap, washing detergent, tea bags...just a couple as we got there on a Sunday and nothing was opened we couldn't get in room till 4pm otherwise it was fantastic.

The apartment was very clean and spacious for us family of 5. The directions were clear so we did not get lost. It is very well located so all the touristic places and restaurants are all close by at walking distance. It was a beautiful stay. And the view looking out of the apartment was nice.

The parking is far. However if you choose to park at a closer place, the parking fees is high. You can perhaps drop your things and park for easier movement.

Perfect location. We'd stayed in Zagreb for a night on our way to the coast but on the outskirts. This apartment is perfectly located and made me reassess Zagreb. From being one of my least liked cities on our visit it became one of our best. And thank you to Jelena for promptly assisting when needed

Nothing. Perfect apartment to appreciate Zagreb

The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring Zagreb. Please don’t let the stair well or the old lift put you off. Once you get inside it’s great. Very modern. If the stair well and the lift could be attended to and the leaking showers could be fixed this would be the perfect place to stay!

The location was incredible - right in the centre making everywhere walkable. The apartment was very clean and has any facilities you’d need. It is all self-check in with the instructions sent to you on the morning of check in - this was clear and simple, and they also helped us with an early check-in after an early flight.

It can be a little noisy during the night due to how central it is but this wasn’t a major issue for us.

The location and the bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. The space and washing machine were appreciated.

There were no refreshments. No coffee, teabags, salt, pepper. The type of thing that makes it easier for travellers. It was a little bit noisy. Didn't worry me, but perhaps a light sleeper.

The location was excellent, just a minute walk to Ban-Jelacic monument, the room was clean, comfortable furniture, everything you need for your stay!

It was a bit noisy in front of my room on the inside, other guests were leaving or coming to their rooms, maybe just a suggestion: put a "be quiet" sign somewhere where everyone could see it, even though being quiet after midnight is something everyone should practice as common sense
