Accommodation, rooms are clean and luxury. Bathroom with see trough (wall ) glass was amazing. Breakfast in restaurant on first floor "Taurus" was very good, a lot of choices for everybody (PRSUT on the stand, amazing). If you are not guest of the hotel you can still join the breakfast for 15€, as I have been said (all you can eat). Lunch menu not expensive, fresh and good quality food with fast service. Soup, main course, and big bottle of sparkling water 18€. Not too crowded in side, and they have also outside big terrasse that's available for meals. Staff in restaurant Taurus, reception and pub "The Bar" is always there for you and polite. Big parking lot free of charge around hotel its a plus. McDonald's and big grocery store KAUFLAND across the street if you wont something more that's not offered in hotel.

Breakfast was served from 07am-10am. For me that's little bit too tight. When I wake up and go there its already almost 10am. So if breakfast could be open till 10:30am that would be much better for the guests.

The hotel is new and looks great. The room is big and clean with many amenities, such as slippers, bathrobe, coffee/tea machine, etc. The sound insulation is excellent, the room is quiet even though the hotel is located on a bustling boulevard. The breakfast is fine. The casino, two ATMs, a bar, and a restaurant are very nice additions. The neighborhood looks absolutely safe, and just across the street are huge Kaufland and McDonalds.

The radiator in the bathroom was not working. The TV is locked in a very strange way. You can't access Netflix or any other streaming service nor connect a USB flash drive. There are around 50 channels, which is okay, but the selection of movies in the video club is poor and extremely expensive. It's such a waste of a huge, new Samsung TV. You have to be Sherlock Holmes to turn off all the lights, plus it's impossible to turn off the LED backlight (or I didn't find a way to do it.)

Hotel was abolutely great. It is very luxurious and it has everything you need for very pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good (regular menu like every other similar grade hotel). The staff is very pleasant. Don't have in mind that this is only gambling hotel - it has all the other amenities you need (spa zone, fitness zone etc.).

If you are looking for something near the centre and all Zagreb landmarks, this is not your choice. It is approximately 15 minutes far from the center. It is in one of the busiest boulevards. If the location is not important for you, it is extremely good.

We were here again, this time without our dog who really loved the special care there! The room was very goor and the shower with the glass wall makes it even more spacious! And if you liked some more private; you could very easy close it with an automatic screen! All amenities were there, even good coffee, and the beds were really good! We slept great!!! The restaurant Taurus was simply the best! We had a beautiful and very tastefull dinner, with surprising combinations! The advised wine was really good too! The breakfast waa really good with a great choice of all kinds of different food! Even a typical Kroatië dish like Śtrukli was served!

Breakfast. They said they have gluten free options bit when I came to breakfast the waiter told ne ‘we have options. They are at the buffet’. I asked which food is gluten free specifically and he told ‘sausage’. I think they need to know what food is gluten free. I highly doubt only sausage. Also he told me to look around. And - almond milk was rotten so I had an apple and one leaf of luttuce for breakfast. This is unexceptable since I paid that breakfast.

It’s a real 4 star hotel, free parking, casino, room service and everything. It’s not in the city center, but it’s not far away. There is a McDo just cross the street. Room service is nice, quick and delicious, but attention, very big portion,don’t order too much.;D

The receptionist is not really warm, I don’t feel like really welcomed. The towels are really old and hard, not a 4 star level.

Very modern hotel, the room was spacious with excellent bathroom and good air on. The staff were always so helpful and we got a free upgrade to the delux room.

The bar which is indoors allows smoking even though there are two terraces one of which is smoking and the other non smoking so you had to walk through the smoking bar to reach non smoking area.

Very good breakfast, big Casino in the lobby we had so much fun there, big parking lots in front of the hotel ,15 minutes from the old town by car overall lovely experience.

it’s a very SMALL THING to improve :- No coffee machine in breakfast so you have to pour milk and coffee and mix them together which Didn’t work well for us…other than that great experience and would recommend.

The room was nice and clean including the toilets. The food in general was good. The saunas and Jacuzzi was really nice and worth to use.

No information that you had to book the sauna facilities so we crashed someone else booking as not aware of it. If you staying one night you might miss the opportunity to book on time as they fully booked. Breakfast standard not for a 4:star hotel, I would have expected more. Location is far from the centre , you can only use Uber or your own car.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very well thought through, the breakfast is great, they have a bar downstairs with very good gin tonic and there is a very nice restaurant as well. On top of everything there is free parking. Margareta from the reception was super friendly and helped us with expectations for breakfast :) While the place is a bit far from the city, you can reach a tram stop in about 10 min walk and then you are 30 min on the tram to reach the center. Overall not that bad, we did take an uber back from the city and paid under 5 EUR for the ride.
