All recommendations for this small comfortable hotel. Very good and safe location. The yard, which is full of bamboo, gives the impression that you have escaped to nature, and we are located only 10 minutes from the city center. The staff is communicative and professional, and is available to meet all your needs. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruits and vegetables. There is also an option for vegans. The entire facility is very neat and clean, from the reception to the bar and breakfast area, and decorated in a touch of art. The room is very clean, and just as it is in the pictures, so it is in real life. Definitely coming back again!

Excellent small hotel. Our room had a big terrace overlooking the hotel gardens. Walking distance to city center. Very intimate atmospere and nice decoration. Very recommended!

Very nice owner. Nice hotel. We were pleased with the wide comfortable bed. The owner met and settled us after midnight. In the morning they served a very delicious breakfast

I was hesitant about booking this property. The photos looked great but the booking ratings were mediocre. I went for it in the end and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are super nice, the terrace is amazing, it seems as if one is somewhere exotic and not in the center of Zagreb. The location is great. I would recommend it!

The hotel is built up on a hill and developes downward from the entrance. We were given a suite with garden as we have a dog (that understanding it was "home garden" she didn't even pee/poo there!). The hotel structure is amazing! Just beautiful in any detail!

Breakfast needs to be better organized. We weren't given fruit /meat and it took for ever to get a tea/coffe. These items available on the buffet were of high quality though.

The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was good and with reasonable variety. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There were building works going on, but this did not disturb our stay.

Would be good if there is a Tea/Coffee maker in the room. The terrace outside of the room could be cleaner/more open. The hotel is on a moderate hill and is a short stroll from the town centre, which was fine for us (we were counting steps!) but may not be preferable for others.

The staff is amazing - friendly and very helpful, also really nice to our kids as well. Beautiful green spaces and views around the hotel.

An excellent fit for those that like boutique hotels, as opposed to big hotels and hotel chains. Great design and interior, the main city center is just a few minutes by foot away. Spacious and modern rooms with balconies overlooking the green garden
