The staff very nice and ready to help you . Food was very good in the morning . The room was clean . The position of the hotel is perfect in every aspect ! All the main objectives of the city are in proximity at 30 minutes walk the most ! And the old town with all the restaurants are at 5 minute walk . The reception told us a restaurant to try local food and it was delicious! Supermarket is in the same building with hotel , you just cross the lobby and you are there , pharmacy also in the same building. If we will come back in the city this will be the main place to book !

The hotel is located 10mins from the Ban Jelacic square, which is very convenient. The rooms are huge, and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very unclear regarding the parking facilities. We parked in the wrong garage because the lady at the reception was not clear at all. We also had to ring the bell for her to come, even tough she was just sitting in front of the reception and it was clear that we were waiting to check in.

The hotel room was extremely large and nicely presented, including all amenities, safe, television comfortable bed etc. Next door to the hotel was a shopping Mall (KAPTOL Mall) which had a cinema and supermarket. The breakfast consisted of all hot options and continental too. Near tram hub and walking distance to all museums. We will stay here again without hesitation. We cannot complain about this wonderful hotel.

Great location, huuuuge bed in a spacious room. Place was quiet as well so you can have peace if you’re looking it. I really loved the bedding as on each side you get separate piece of bedding so you don’t have to fight anyone during the night, if that is the case with your partner. 😄

The only thing I didn’t like were the beverages during breakfast. There were way too sugary so I had no choice. Lemonade was fresh but yet full of sugar. Although, I understand this sugar thing as I am from Balkan myself and we love to over do it with sugar. Btw, breakfast was very nice.

Great hotel Super location, close to city center Food is ok Huge bed, comfort, clean. I loved the balcony too. Parking garage below the hotel! Male employee at a reception (i dont know his name) who was there during our check in and check out - amazing guy, polite, helpfull, kind. All compliments from my side. Our next visit to Zagreb, this hotel would be our choice for sure

Parking ticket is high, it could be lower for hotel guests, still we were informed in advance about the price and we accepted..

The best choice for our trip! First of all hotel staff so nice and helpful, I did mistake with booking dates and staff helped me to change for the right date 📅 without any charges. They also allowed us check in a bit earlier and we was able to take rest after such long flight ✈️ Hotel is very clean, modern with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Hotel has amazing breakfast options with many different food choices, eggs, omelette, fruits, nuts, pastries and many more. We were was cutting weight for competition and food was excellent to make our weight. Hotel locations were right in city, very quiet and friendly environment, right next to hotel boutique mall, fitness gym and street with tons of nice bars, coffee shops and bazar( market) It was my third time in Zagreb and this hotel definitely made our trip. Would stay again for sure ✔️

Very nice breakfast and staff. Hotel well located close to city center without being too close to noisy commercial street. There's a small practical shopping center just 60 meters away.

Just a weird smell at the ground level where you take the elevators are (part of the whole building) but once upstairs it is imperceptible. And the TV channels were kind of limited, maybe to increase the offer of International ones.

Breakfast was awful. We spent 3 weeks in Croatia and this was by far the worse. Croatia is known for its bakeries and the hotel ran out of bread. Other items were no better. Suggest paying for room only and get a better breakfast locally. Staff were not the usual friendly Croatian as we had experienced elsewhere.

Fabulous location! 10 min walk to city center, at the quiet end of a pedestrian street lined with cafes and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choices. Our room and bathroom were modern and spacious. The staff was ultra courteous and helpful.

There was no hotel lobby for sitting and hanging out. Bathroom had a mild smell of sewage. Bed covers not warm enough.

Hotel is located almost in the city center with plenty of restaurants just few minutes away. Breakfast was really nice, selection was good. Parking is available in underground garage for 20€ a day. Hotel has a fantastic bed and rooms are spacious.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
