The hotel room was extremely large and nicely presented, including all amenities, safe, television comfortable bed etc. Next door to the hotel was a shopping Mall (KAPTOL Mall) which had a cinema and supermarket. The breakfast consisted of all hot options and continental too. Near tram hub and walking distance to all museums. We will stay here again without hesitation. Great location, huuuuge bed in a spacious room. Place was quiet as well so you can have peace if you’re looking it. I really loved the bedding as on each side you get separate piece of bedding so you don’t have to fight anyone during the night, if that is the case with your partner. 😄

The only thing I didn’t like were the beverages during breakfast. There were way too sugary so I had no choice. Lemonade was fresh but yet full of sugar. Although, I understand this sugar thing as I am from Balkan myself and we love to over do it with sugar. Btw, breakfast was very nice.

The best choice for our trip! First of all hotel staff so nice and helpful, I did mistake with booking dates and staff helped me to change for the right date 📅 without any charges. They also allowed us check in a bit earlier and we was able to take rest after such long flight ✈️ Hotel is very clean, modern with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Hotel has amazing breakfast options with many different food choices, eggs, omelette, fruits, nuts, pastries and many more. We were was cutting weight for competition and food was excellent to make our weight. Hotel locations were right in city, very quiet and friendly environment, right next to hotel boutique mall, fitness gym and street with tons of nice bars, coffee shops and bazar( market) It was my third time in Zagreb and this hotel definitely made our trip. Would stay again for sure ✔️

Great hotel Super location, close to city center Food is ok Huge bed, comfort, clean. I loved the balcony too. Parking garage below the hotel! Male employee at a reception (i dont know his name) who was there during our check in and check out - amazing guy, polite, helpfull, kind. All compliments from my side. Our next visit to Zagreb, this hotel would be our choice for sure

Parking ticket is high, it could be lower for hotel guests, still we were informed in advance about the price and we accepted..

Very nice breakfast and staff. Hotel well located close to city center without being too close to noisy commercial street. There's a small practical shopping center just 60 meters away.

Just a weird smell at the ground level where you take the elevators are (part of the whole building) but once upstairs it is imperceptible. And the TV channels were kind of limited, maybe to increase the offer of International ones.

the location of the Hotel is great. just 2 minutes from the Restaurants big street and not far from the center. The room was great: big and spacious. Beds are comfortable and overall very good. the staff was always super friendly and also helped calling a taxi very fast, when we were rushing. the breakfast was great! eggs and crepes were the highlight.

the Hotel is a little weird on the entrance. you enter almost like a mall and up the central stairs you have the hotel lobby. it was a little difficult finding the elevator for the lobby. but this is quite minor considering the great hotel conditions overall

Fabulous location! 10 min walk to city center, at the quiet end of a pedestrian street lined with cafes and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choices. Our room and bathroom were modern and spacious. The staff was ultra courteous and helpful.

There was no hotel lobby for sitting and hanging out. Bathroom had a mild smell of sewage. Bed covers not warm enough.

Excellent location, right at the beginning of one of the busiest walking streets in central Zagreb, but surprisingly, the room was perfectly quiet. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Great breakfast, even a vegan like me could find plenty of choices. The staff was very helpful, Underground parking is great in summer, as the car remains cool.

Except for one common terrace, the hotel doesn't offer any views of Zagreb, despite being in a great location. My room's window looked at some interior garden, don't know about other rooms. I think the building was supposed to be a shopping mall, or something similar, as it doesn't look like a hotel at all (which is perfectly fine with me). I know, I'm nitpicking, overall the hotel is an excellent value :).

The property is in an amazing location. Near all of the prime sites, restaurants and bars but surprisingly, it was not noisy, even though there were crowds of people about during a folklore festival. Parking is excellent and right beneath the hotel. At 15 Euro a day. The staff were amazing. There was no kettle in the room so they provided me one. I didn’t like the machine coffee at breakfast, so the young waiter went and made us cappuccinos. The service here is top. The staff are friendly, professional and hospitable. We will definitely be back.

Nothing to fault.

Hotel was absolutely perfect! Location, facilities, tranquility, cleanless, service, everything! We had requested an upper floor room prior to our arrival (2 friends) and they gave us a twin room (separated beds :-)) on the top floor, was absolutely great, very quiet and cozy. Rooms are spacious and super clean, furniture is modern and warm, bathroom is big and convenient set-up, in the room there is everything (closet, drawers, desktop, safebox, mini-bar, bath amentities, slippers etc.). The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and the breakfast is very good and tasteful; variety of food was more than expected, and we could find everything, eventhough we were not going at the breakfast early :-) Location is a 10, quiet and very close to city center and shops, restuarants, bars etc. I would definately reccommend it and I will absolutely choose it again if I visit Zagreb :-)
