I travel almost every week for my work for the last 13 years and I can say this charming boutique hotel stay was one of the best places ever. The rooms are elegantly decorated and views amazing. But what really excells is the kindness of the staff and an unbeatable breakfast. Where the staff knew I didn't yet take lunch, she was so kind to prepare me a free sandwich and drinks. I will be back for sure!

Zagreb is a noisy city, even the hotel is in one of the most quiet quarters of Zagreb, light sleepers might still hear some noise. So its better to bring some earplugs if you stay there between Thursday and Sunday as there is frequent parties in the lower city. That said, window isolation is good.

The hotel is modern and new - made with quality and modern materials. Very good breakfast - with good choice of food. The hotel is located up on the hill above the central area of Zagreb, the view from the terrace is amazing, at the same time it's just a short walk away from the central street where a lot of different restaurants located, on a few streets, close to each other. Parking possible on street and it costs 20 EUR, this is a municipal fee in central Zagreb. What is unusual, that you get parking ticket on windscreen in the morning, which is not a fine but an invoice to pay for 1 day of parking, it can be paid at the hotel reception.

It was amazing. Not just a hotel, but a place that feels like a friend’s house with the kindest and most welcoming people who work there. The room was very comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The soundproof windows, walls, and doors were great. Everything was very clean. I asked to stay longer, and they graciously allowed me to. There was also a coffee machine in the room. It was hot in Zagreb, but the hotel had great, very silent air conditioning. And everything is very stylish. There is also a beautiful terrace. The breakfast was very good, with homemade štrukli (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) with cottage cheese. Eggs were made to order, and there were smoothies. I definitely want to return here.

HOH is nothing short of extraordinary. It offered a serene escape amidst the urban landscape. Our room was with balcony, with floor-to-ceiling window, overlooking the intimate dining patio covered with greenery and with views of the city, which was beautiful and refreshing. The room featured comfortable bedding, bespoke modern furniture, and a modern, spacious bathroom. Super clean!!! The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the center. What truly sets HOH apart is the impeccable service. Every member of the staff exuded warmth and professionalism. Lavinija went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, attending to every detail with a level of care and attentiveness that is rare to find. The breakfast was included and was delicious, introducing us to some of the specialities of Croatian food. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like more than just a guest – when we told Lavinija we are traveling by road, the hotel packed us sandwiches, water and fruit for our journey… who does that :) We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing experience and a warm introduction to Croatia, its people and their hospitality.

Is an excellent hotel of the highest standard. The entire property is impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding – truly top-notch. The breakfast is simply superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The SPA area is a real highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, while the recreational facilities and tasteful decor add to the overall charm of the hotel. One of the most impressive aspects is the thoughtful design of each room, inspired by a famous Croatian figure. This unique touch not only adds character but also provides an engaging connection to the local culture and history. A stay at this hotel is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and creativity – highly recommended!

Our stay at [Hotel Name] in Zagreb was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts we could ask for. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service—we were always greeted with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both luxurious and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Zagreb!

It would be great if the food during breakfast could be replaced more often to ensure availability for all guests.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Zagreb! Very central, and you can walk anywhere! Its situated in the old part of Zagreb which is so pretty in itself. The hotel is wonderful - extremely clean rooms, good breakfast and beautiful decor. There is also an elevator for those with heavy luggage and don't want to use the stairs. We stayed for one night on a very cold and rainy day, the hotel provided us with large umbrellas which was a nice touch.

The water drained very slowly in our shower, causing a bit of a flood in the bathroom. We had to put multiple towels down to soak up all the water. I would recommend just checking on this.

We had to leave a review as this hotel is the loveliest we have ever stayed in! ✨ Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean ✨ The rooms are incredibly comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. ✨ The terrace is beautiful and the perfect spot for a morning coffee or drink in the evening ✨ Great location - Very peaceful. Away from the busy areas but just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Zagreb. ✨ Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. (We are vegan and the staff went to the trouble of making sure there were lots of options for us, including dairy free milk and making us chia seed and oat pots each morning on top of everything else that was on offer.) ✨All the staff are SO lovely and always go the extra mile to make you feel looked after. We didn't want to leave and will hopefully be back again one day! We highly recommended HOH Boutique Hotel - if you are visiting Zagreb there is nowhere better to stay. 😊

Small new boutique hotel located in a beautiful building with a stately entrance (you wouldn't expect it from the outside) this in a quiet area at the beginning of the old upper town. Beautiful stylish designer room, super nice designer bathroom. Everything has been thought of from a very comfortable bed, soft bed linen, more than enough soft towels (including even a make-up towel which is very cleverly thought out), dressing gowns and slippers, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee machine, kettle and even nice wine glasses! The breakfast area both inside and outside is simply sublime. The choice is huge, all fresh and equally tasty. If you have the weather gods with you definitely take your breakfast outside on the cosy terrace. Next time we visit Zagreb we will definitely book again.

One small remark: the air conditioning is centrally controlled and as the weather conditions were less the days before our stay they had already turned it. The weather then improved again but the air conditioning was no longer on and so it was still quite warm to sleep. Perhaps this could be adjusted after all.

Wow! We had an exceptional stay at this gorgeous hotel. The room and its furnishings are very beautiful, all super high quality. Staff were warm and friendly, greeted us with big smiles. The room included breakfast which was so plentiful and delicious. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

The parking, but I believe it’s the same everywhere in Zagreb. It’s very expensive, especially if your currency is worth less than the Euro. It was 19.90 EUR for 24 hours and there is no way to pay for a shorter time, which is frustrating. We only needed to park for 12 hours.
