Review for Mediteran Homes in Terme Čatež Our stay at Mediteran Homes was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The accommodation is functional and well-maintained overall, but the biggest issue was the mattresses, which are quite worn out and should be replaced to ensure a more comfortable sleep. The setting and surroundings are pleasant, and staying close to nature was a nice experience. However, we feel that the accommodation does not justify its price. For the same amount, you could stay in a hotel within the complex, which offers additional comfort and amenities. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, but with some improvements in the quality of the accommodation, it could be much better.

Very nice location and surrounding. Campsite is big and with all the amities needed for the comfortable stay. Pools are great for all day fun and relax. Very nice and helpful staff, always available.

The mobile home itself was quite speciouse however older and not maintained well. There was few things which needed imediate repair ( bad drainage in the shower, loose water tap in the kitchen, missing window door handle, broken light fixture…) which was done next day upon request. Rest is still pending fixing.

Too bad they don't have mosquitos net on the front door (all the windows dose) there was no option for small light for the evening only strong lights of all of the room, not very important but can make the stay even nicer. Half of the bad was a bit squeaking bat over all it was comfy and ok

good evening We rented a family apartment for two days. Unfortunately, we arrived on the first day in the evening when there was a natural disaster of water flooding . The amazing staff made sure to give us an apartment as comfortable as possible so that we could go to sleep because it was late . The next day, because the whole area was flooded, the amazing staff took us to a hotel because it was not possible to stay there. The staff did everything for us so that we would be satisfied and feel as comfortable as possible and we had 4 children with us, it must be said We must mention that we returned to the place after 4 days because the water park opened and the flooding ended in the area because the children wanted a water park and this place is their favorite. The staff made sure to give us free entry to the water park. .well done to the staff of the place, we left very satisfied with the service, of the place

We liked the compact home and the village and especially the Terme Catez pools. Great time spend for a whole family. The water temperature is ideal 30 degrees Celsius in the most the pools. Such a joy :). For the abroad travelers - highly recommended to pack beach mat.

I did not like at all the check out process. Since the stay included also the visit of Terme Catez water park, we had the option to spend a whole day and enjoy the pools also after the check out. Technically, the only requirement was to leave the room, return the key and pay city taxes. This could be done only at the main reception of Terme village. I had to wait in line (one line for all) 45 min!! to complete the process. It was helpful not to have to stand the qeue again, the second time around, when I got back to return the swimming pool entry bracelets, and get back my deposit. I think that acceptable waiting time for check in our out should be up to 10 min. Summer is a busy time bit I hope this can be improved in the future.

The pools are big with hot water. Children enjoy all day long. Even they told us that only inside polls are working, that was not a case. We could use and the outside polls and slides. We got two entries in winter riviera with the booking. And that was enough. The staff was so nice and helpful. Location is OK for the period that we were. In winter maybe is not good. You must walk outside for 5 minutes from pools to the room.

It was not so clean inside the mobile home. The metreses in the bedroom are not anatomic, they are soft so I had trouble with sleeping. In the bedroom there is not enough space for the bags.

Staff: despite the difficult times (massive floodings across Slovenia), they guys of Mediterranean Homes were super helpful, always approachable, and took really good care of us. Our mobile home was of good quality. The location is still great.

Restaurants across Catez need improvement, most of them are limited to pizza and hot dog. The situation is even worse inside the Terme Riviera, there is simply no good quality food available there.

The home was nice and clean

The check in wasn't pleasant as the staff behaved like they're just fed up and unhelpful. Not a warm welcome feeling when dealing with check in staff. The guy that passed the keys to us was very helpful and pleasant, explained everything.

Little cramped, but there’s two queen beds, so can be cozy… Terrace of mobile house was great (No.47) Not far away from main pool area, 5 min walk Staff from Mediteran Homes was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming. I had a issue with my car, brakes failed, and they helped me find a mechanic nearby. Problem was solved in less than 2 hours.
