Staff was very kind, the room was ok, connection by tunnel with winter riviera, all the payments were made through the bracelets (no need to bring money in the complex). Winter riviera with slides was very nice for our son (4years old)

Property has a really nice blend of hostalgia mixed with a bit of modern era. I love the hygiene, staff, atmosphere, calmness. That's how I imagine a place to rest without any distraction.

Just some minor room thing that is not worth mentioning. It didn't affect our stay in any way.

There was nice selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Our children especially loved pancakes every morning. All the pools were easy to access.

The suite was a bit cramped and not really comfortable to move around with the beds open. Couple more square meters would have helped. Sometimes there was strong smell of sewage coming from outside, making us having to close the balcony and turn on the ventilation. For the price especially this should not happen.

Extremely uncomfortable, old bed and pillows. The rooms need renovation, but it is clean. It is necessary to pay additionally for the towels and bathrobe in the spa.

We liked Termal Riviera. Althoigh it was very crowded it has a lot to offer for the kids. Different swimming pools with different slides, waves, surf, etc. Hotel was also OK, good value for the money. Very polite stuff, food was good, not the widest choice, but what was there, was nice. Hotel also had its own swimming pools and it was nice tonuse them, as there were only few people.

Great food, kind stuff, all the rooms are well heated. Hotel is connected with winter termal riviera. Great toboggans in that area. Great music at the New Year's party.

Pillow is too soft and mattress is uncomfortable. We weren't previously informed that we have to pay for the bathrobe per day.

Facilties were clean. Staff very pleasant and professional. Food very delicious. Highly recommended.

The fact that there are no bathrobes and slippers. This is a must.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We had 2 entrances per day to the water park nearby so it was great.
