Great hotel with a great people.i have mentioned before that i am intolerant to lactose and i asked them if is possible to help me with some margarin for the breakfast.And they made me a surprise and prepared 2 typer of lactose free tartinable cheese, butter lactose free and lactose free milk.i would like ro thanks them again and next time when i will go to Zagreb i will stay again there.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I made the reservation, I specifically booked two rooms with three beds each. The total price was automatically calculated and confirmed during the booking process. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay extra for two additional beds. This unexpected charge was quite inconvenient and contrary to what I believed was included in the booking.

Hotel Santiny exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back!

I didn't expect much because the price was very economical. It was just a driving stop for us and since we didn't book in advance, there were not many to choose from at the last minute . But it turned out to be one of the best accommodations during our 16 days trip. Here are high lights: Very professional and genuinely attentive staff, and they all speak very good English. Parking on site Very clean room Good facility: air conditioner and Water kettle (this is obviously rare in European hotels. For a Chinese person who always drinks warm water, this is a big plus. Saved me a lot of hassle of asking the bar staff to get hot water for me) Restaurant: very good chef and professional n nice waiter. We had dinner and breakfast. Happy with both. Very impressed by the ribs(super tender) and house salad (best fetta cheese, so fresh)

Nice hotel but a little bit too expensive taking under consideration that is far away from the center of Zagreb.The breakfast is ok, but nothing special.The staff is great and helpfull.

Excellent facility with welcoming stuff. Near to highway, so it's ideal for stay during long journeys. Room is specious enough, equipped with all necessities, clean. Breakfast excellent, with good choices.

We stayed here for a visit to the clinic. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's close, right off the highway, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. The food a la carte in the restaurant is amazing, we were delighted.

All rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator. Not a problem for us but just to mention it if it will help someone.

Great hotel if you are visiting Sveta Nedelja. It is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good. The Internet is good. Free parking. Basically, the hotel has everything you need for a business trip or short stay in Sveta Nedelja.

Since the floor is carpet, maybe some sleepers would be helpful to walk around the room
