The breakfast was excellent! The room, complete with a bathtub and a stunning view of Zagreb, was truly something special. Overall, this is a great hotel.

The gentleman at the reception seemed a bit grumpy. What disappointed me the most was the rooftop pool, which I had high expectations for. It turns out that the hotel allows non-guests to access the pool, making it extremely crowded—there was nowhere to sit, no place to put my towel, and swimming was nearly impossible. Overall, I got the impression that the hotel is more focused on making money than on ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Atmosphere, Management, Staff and the Professionalalism was impeacable. I felt at home.The Hotel played a major role in making my Proposal to my fiancée come through. Big Thanks to Sarah and all the Staff on the Front Desk/Reception The Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet was tasty and simply perfect. The hotel is perfect for a Holiday, be it Personal or with Family,Event, a reunion with Friends,Seminar e.t.c. If you ever wanted to chill,the Lounge is a place for you. great Service from Nino.All the staff in Maistra Zonar work with a smile. The Location is central and amazing .The Roof top view opens you up to Zagreb.I definitely will come back here again and again. If you want an unforgetable Holiday or Experience in Zagreb Central.Maistra City vibes Zonar is your perfect choice.

Cool interior. Nice (paid) (valet) parking with charging possibilities. Old center is pretty close.. Nice and helpful ppl throughout the hotel and bars! Felt welcome. We got a upgrade from a single 4 to 2x a double next to each other which was actually great :)

The hotel popped up whilst looking for family friendly hotels with swimming pool but i missed the line were it stated adult pool only. It wasnt the end of the world and at least the kids could have a look and take a few pictures. But the pool isnt ideal for kids after seeing it so i understand the decision. So this is more a tip than a complaint ;)

There was an amazing Glas elevator with a beautiful look on the city. The Bar on the top of the building was just as amazing as the view, a wonderful pool with the same amazing 360° view of the city and it's landscape. The Personal was fantastic and very thoughtful an overall amazing experience that you have to experience at least once. The room we choose "The Spacebath", had a beautiful look on the city directly from the bathtub making it a romantic experience at night or day. The check in and out went fluently with out any problems and the parking was secure, having cameras and a gate to enter the parking lot by car. Overall amazing will likely visit again!

The Hotel was very focused on designs losing some of its practicality, so more good looks than actual use? The bathroom couldn't be closed completely so there wasn't much privacy. The shower in it's self looked amazing but didn't have a tilt or a door to close it so the water went everywhere

Nicest hotel we've ever stayed in! Rooms are just amazing. Pool is incredible too! Super clean. Overall would stay again. We will be back!

Only that we didn't stay longer! Loved the hotel! One note is that it would be handy if you could get some food other than sushi while at the pool. Even if it was chips or crisps or something. I was starving and had to go from 20th floor down to bottom floor to order a sandwich that was pricey and took 20 minutes.

A work of art hotel! Inspirational decor in my room, 914 I think, with a bath under the window and view to Zagreb. I was exhausted and it was raining so I ordered via room serivce the most delicious tart and caesar salad and then had a deep hot bath. Next morning breakfast was delightful. Loved the full gym. Exploring the hotel was a journey in itself.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast choice. Near a taxi rank. Rooftop pool. Excellent customer service - all staff. Near other bars. 30 min walk from city centre. Very clean city. Room cleaned every day - never interrupted by staff. Air conditioning very good. Mini fridge, kettle and safe. Fantastic view over the city and the surrounding hills. Very confy bed. Large tv and plenty of seating.

Hotel drinks were pricey compared with local cafes. Roof top pool quite busy due to it's small size. Room configuration was different. Liked the bed near the window but was raised on a 1 meter pinth with a couple of narrow steps to one side. Awkward to get up and down and risk of falling off the plinth

Very new and beautiful hotel. Had almost everything you liked. All the staff was very nice and the hotel was on the end of the city, so you didn’t had a lot of disturbance. In the street was a good bakery and a good coffeeshop.

The cocktails in the rooftop bar were very expensive, in comparison to the rest of the city and country. Pool was very nice and lovely cooling. The only thing we missed were real sun-beds, they only had beach chairs which were full at 11:00 o’clock. The room was vert nice, but the curtain didn’t covered the whole window so the sun came really early in the room..

I recently stayed at Hotel Zonar in Zagreb, Croatia, with my family. We spent two nights there and had an exceptional experience. Overall, Hotel Zonar exceeded our expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is super sleek and modern and the design of the rooms was pretty wild! It kind of feels like you are going into a club with the neon lighting, transparent glass elevator with an epic view of the city, and in the lobby there are lights and reflectors all setup for an impromptu photo shoot. So cool! The breakfast was delicious and very diverse, so many options. All of the food was very well-done, nice cocktails, good vibe in the bar area. My wife and I were traveling for our anniversary and we got our room upgraded for free! The staff was so considerate. Keep in mind though if you stay in the cloud room, the design is amazing but it has a very Clockwork Orange vibe. Not just the aesthetic, but the intention. If you don't know what I mean, watch the film or read the book ;)

The hotel was a bit away from the city center. It's only a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride, but it would have been a bit nicer if we were a little closer to the action. There is nothing going on in the neighborhood near the hotel.
