The breakfast was excellent! The room, complete with a bathtub and a stunning view of Zagreb, was truly something special. Overall, this is a great hotel.

The gentleman at the reception seemed a bit grumpy. What disappointed me the most was the rooftop pool, which I had high expectations for. It turns out that the hotel allows non-guests to access the pool, making it extremely crowded—there was nowhere to sit, no place to put my towel, and swimming was nearly impossible. Overall, I got the impression that the hotel is more focused on making money than on ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Atmosphere, Management, Staff and the Professionalalism was impeacable. I felt at home.The Hotel played a major role in making my Proposal to my fiancée come through. The Location is central and amazing .The Roof top view opens you up to Zagreb.I definitely will come back here again and again. Absolutely nothing to dislike.I am a Freqent traveller and I say again,there is nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was excellent feom the coffee options to the healthy actions. It was super diverse in what it offered, with typically local foods and bnatural products. The only thing that would please me more is knowing that foods are free of pesticides. The room was very well thought out, from a large city view that you could sit up high and work whilst looking out, to the clever shape of the corridor which would offer a shield from the bathroom light to anyone left sleeping. The mirror, wardrobe and hooks were useful as we're the positioning of towels. The weight for exercising was genius. 2 smaller had held ones would be great for older women! The colour of the room whilst clever and simple was a bit sparkly concrete - not for me, but different an thoughtful. I liked the large tele and snuggling up in bed for a film. I liked the movable bedside lamps, that you could move around the room to sort your own preferences. The light switch system was confusing.

The rooftop pool was awesome! Breakfast variety and quality was excellent! With such a breakfast and being out all day, we didnt get around to using the lovely mini kitchen facilities in the room. Staff were helpful. The rooms were spacious and allowed for a family with 2 kids which is hard to get in Croatia. While it is a bit away from the centre it is actually a lovely location with restaurants, and taxis are very easy to get. Due to location, with tours outside of Zagreb you often get picked up last and dropped off first which helps with kids.

We paid different prices for breakfast every day for the same group of people and had we bought it upfront we would have paid the most. I think they need to standardise the cost for kids and then train their staff as no one seemed to know so everyone did something different. All trying to be helpful.

Cool interior. Nice (paid) (valet) parking with charging possibilities. Old center is pretty close.. Nice and helpful ppl throughout the hotel and bars! Felt welcome. We got a upgrade from a single 4 to 2x a double next to each other which was actually great :)

The hotel popped up whilst looking for family friendly hotels with swimming pool but i missed the line were it stated adult pool only. It wasnt the end of the world and at least the kids could have a look and take a few pictures. But the pool isnt ideal for kids after seeing it so i understand the decision. So this is more a tip than a complaint ;)

The bed is right up against the window with stunning views of Zagreb (12th floor). I could just lie propped on my elbows enjoying the view. The breakfast was excellent on a daily basis with a very large variety and deliciously cooked. Internet was great. Really enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool too. All in all, delighted with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

It’s a bit annoying to try to find the slot to put in the room card to put on the lights in the room, when it’s dark. Maybe a small light on the control box would help. There is a small led but it’s not very effective. The nearest tram is just under 1km away.

Rooftop pool was amazing, our room was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Note it’s about a 30 minute walk to the city centre but was super easy to hop on the tram to get around and there is a grocery store and a few restos nearby. The food (when we ate at the hotel) was very good! It’s listed as a 4-star hotel, so a must to at least note a few things - there was just something about everything. The kettle leaked, the shower head and toilet were finicky, the phone in the room wasn’t working, the fridge wasn’t very cold. Nothing that bothersome really. Also, one evening the pool was closed due to a private event…. It would have been great to be notified in advance! It was very hot when we were in Zagreb, and was the main reason we booked this hotel. We noted this to reception and they gave us complimentary breakfast buffet. Which was really nice… but in all honesty, we just wanted to swim in the pool 😂

The room, the bed, the view from the window, the roof top pool, the staff, the food served for breakfast and ordered through room service were all great.

The menu at the "a la carte" restaurant has barely anything on it apart from a few sandwiches and salads. The dessert list is especially bad. They don`t even serve pancakes. We ordered "warm waffles with strawberry cream". The restaurant was almost empty but we waited more than 30 minutes for the waffles to arrive. The waffles were cold, really small and it seemed like they were made at least a day in advance. There were literally 2 drops of strawberry cream on them. Overpriced for the quality.

The pillows which even if stacked still go flat - Not good and uncomfortable for side sleepers. Complimentary bottled water was only on day of arrival; would be better if daily. They charged us for our stay but also held (for more than a week after we checked out), another exact amount of our stay - so, for a duration of time, our credit card was charged twice for the same amount; we travel a lot but this is the first hotel which charged us exactly twice for a duration of time. What an odd hotel fee charging practice they do.

There was an amazing Glas elevator with a beautiful look on the city. The Bar on the top of the building was just as amazing as the view, a wonderful pool with the same amazing 360° view of the city and it's landscape. The Personal was fantastic and very thoughtful an overall amazing experience that you have to experience at least once. The room we choose "The Spacebath", had a beautiful look on the city directly from the bathtub making it a romantic experience at night or day. The check in and out went fluently with out any problems and the parking was secure, having cameras and a gate to enter the parking lot by car. Overall amazing will likely visit again!

The Hotel was very focused on designs losing some of its practicality, so more good looks than actual use? The bathroom couldn't be closed completely so there wasn't much privacy. The shower in it's self looked amazing but didn't have a tilt or a door to close it so the water went everywhere
