We stayed just one night but enjoyed the comfort of this modern clean spacious hotel. I will book again for sure if I need to stay in the area. We had dinner and breakfast there: dinner with excellent service, breakfast was rich and plenty of choices. We slept well. Large bathroom, electric kettle in the room. Large parking space. We did not have time to test the welness but we did have it included in our room rate, which I value a lot as well as the friendliness of the staff.

It is situated a bit outside of town, for some, it may be s problem if they want to walk to places. For me, it is a big benefit :-) I would appreciate to have bigger cups for tea for breakfast.

Our recent stay at Hotel Princess in Jastrebarsko, exceeded our expectations for a four-star hotel. From its convenient location to its exceptional amenities, our family’s experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of Jastrebarsko town, just a short drive from the highway. It took us about 25-30 mins to reach Zagreb by car, and around 40-45 minutes to Zagreb Airport. The town of Jastrebarsko was only a 4-5 mins drive away. The hotel itself is large and inviting, with a welcoming lobby featuring a 24-hour reception desk and a cozy bar that stays open until late. While the restaurant only serves breakfast, a small dining area by the lobby offers lunch and dinner options in a pleasant setting. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite, which was spacious. The suite faced the front parking area and featured a large bed and a sofa bed, and included separate large LED televisions for the lounge and sleeping areas. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, from the spotless carpet to the pristine bathroom. The suite also included a small kitchenette with induction stovetops, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. While there were no pots, pans, or a microwave, I am confident the helpful staff could have provided these upon request. The minibar was stocked drinks and snacks. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. Laundry services were offered at a nominal charge. Breakfast was served buffet-style from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and featured a good variety of options, although the selection remained the same each day. The hotel thoughtfully labeled all items, including vegan, vegetarian, and halal options. Room service was available for a small extra charge. The hotel has an impressive wellness area including a decent pool, a hot tub/jacuzzi , and four different types of saunas, free for all guests. The pool isn’t very deep, making it safe for kids. The parking lot includes 12 Tesla Superchargers and few standard EV stations.

While we loved our stay, a few minor improvements could enhance the experience further. It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast menu. Additionally, adding a treadmill to the gym could make it more appealing to fitness enthusiasts ;)

Our stay at Hotel Princess was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The accommodation was very comfortable, with spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The entire hotel, including the wellness area, was spotless and well-maintained. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the rich breakfast selection. All services were perfectly organized, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The only minor drawback might be the location, but the proximity of the highway makes the capital city easily accessible. Hotel Princess is definitely a great choice for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend it and would gladly return on another occasion!

Very easy to find, nice and big room, very clean and comfortable bed! The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is okay, the dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing and at a good price. The spa is really nice, we had the luck of being alone most of the time which was perfect to recharge. Biiiig recommendations for a massage with Jurica, really professional sort of medical massage that erased months of back and neck pain! We will definitely be back! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities with jacuzzi and indoor pool but would have enjoyed an earlier hour than 8am since breakfast closes at 10am and anyway we needed to be out early every day. Reception staff were courteous and friendly and always out to assist.

The staff at the bar was very rude. We sat there for five minutes until our friends joined us since my back was hurting and he was so arrogant when telling us to get up. There was no one at all waiting for tables in the bar. The bar was completely empty. There are ways and ways of saying something.

One of the EV hotel chargers was not functioning, the other taken by hybrid for the entire night… Apart from that, bar didn’t have have of the ingredients for drinks, waiters by the breakfast weren’t super friendly and seemed annoyed Dog was extra charge but there were no addons for the dog like small blanket or small bowl for water

The experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations - the staff was more than pleasant, the room was spacious and pristine, and the food at their restaurant was simply divine. The breakfast was excellent too, with local foods and vegetarian options. The spa was great in itself; however, it's a bit small for the size of the hotel. But all in all, it's a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were also comfy.

There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, and they had a lot of guests travelling by tours, which made the breakfast an unpleasant experience. We had also requested a room far from the elevator, but our request was ignored, although we had made the booking 8 months in advance!

Big rooms, clean, great breakfast, the room that we stayed in had a kitchen, water kettle and everything you need. We needed the extrabed and crib and the staff arrange it for us. The check in went smoothly and there was big parking outside. Perfect for longer stay we only stayed one night to sleep.

That I did not stay longer to explore more the facilities.

Excellent hotel with excellent restaurant. I recommend it if you travel to Croatia and need some time for rest. I was really surprised! But also you must know that this hotel is popular for celebrating weddings and some guests live here. But its okay and was not noisy just you need to want little bit more time for getting your order from the restaurant(they have excellent restaurant with amazing food)

Everything was excellent. I added this hotel and restaurant to favourites
